How do I open an account?

To open an account with galabingo.com, simply click here . Registration is quick and simple, and you'll be able to start playing on GalaBingo.com in no time at all! Registration is vital to ensure that all of our customers are over the age of 18, and to enable us to provide responsible gambling tools for all of our customers.

Can I have more than one account?

You should only need one account to play on GalaBingo.com, so additional registrations will be blocked. If you want to change your personal details, or use a different payment method, these can all be changed within your account, and do not require a new account to be created.

I was told I already have an account so my registration was blocked?

If you already have an account with galabingo.com this will prevent you from registering a new one as stated in the section above. In order to retrieve your account details you can use the 'Forgotten email or password?' option or contact the Customer Service team.

When will I receive my sign-up bonus?

What do I do if my personal details have changed?

We ask that you keep your GalaBingo.com account details as up to date as possible. To make changes to your address, contact telephone numbers or e-mail address, simply log in to your account, click on the My Account button, and navigate to My Details.

To inform us of a change of name or country of residence, please contact our Customer Service team through any of the methods listed here.

How can I view my list of bets?

To view your game history, click on My Account, then choose My Game History on the left hand menu. From here, you can select the date range you and game that you wish to view. You can also order the results by Game Date or Game ID.

This will cover all games on galabingo.com, except for the games contained within the Vegas tab, game history for which is located in a different area. Please see below for more information.

How can I view my list of Vegas bets?

To access your list of bets for games within the Vegas tab, click on My Account, then choose My Game History on the left hand menu. Your Vegas bets are displayed at the bottom of the page.

How do I claim a bonus code?

If you have received a Bingo Bonus code, these can be entered in the Bingo Lobby, by clicking on the Bonus Code box and entering in the code you have been given.





How can I see how much I have left to wager for a bonus?

To view details of your in-progress bonuses, click on ‘My Account', and click on the ‘‘My Bonus' button. Here you will see any bonuses that have been triggered, as well as the amount left to wager to either activate or make the bonus withdrawable. You can also access this menu by clicking on My Bonus on the left hand side of the My Account page.



How can I see when my bonus will expire?

To view the expiry date for a bonus, click on ‘My Account', select the bonus in question from the ‘My Bonus', and view the Terms and Conditions for that bonus.

Why hasn't my bonus been credited?

Check that you have met the requirements for the bonus in question. The best way to do this is to view the wagering information within the Cashier on the My Account page. You can also click on the bonus in question to view more detailed information, including how much you have wagered so far, the total amount needing to be wagered, and how much is remaining.

If the bonus does not appear, check the requirements and that any associated bonus codes were entered in when you made your deposit.

How do I view my promotions?

To view any bingo, slots or games promotions that you have entered into, as well as any promotions that you can participate in, click on My Account, then choose the My Promotions link on the left hand side. This is the best place to check which promotions you are eligible for, so check back regularly!

How do I find out information on promotions and bonuses?

To view all of the bonuses that you can claim on galabingo.com, click the My Account link at the top of the website, then select either My Bonus, My Bingo Promotions or Vegas Promotions, where you will be taken to a list of all the available bonuses and promotions that you can take advantage of.

Where can I find the terms and conditions for a bonus?

The Terms and Conditions for a bonus will be available with the promotional material that the bonus was advertised on.

Does Gala Bingo have a loyalty scheme?

Yes - Buzz Bonus is Gala Bingo's brand new loyalty scheme.

You earn points every time you buy a bingo ticket or bet on a game with real funds. For bingo and side game play, all points earned are automatically added to your Buzz Bonus Points Balance.

There are five levels in the Buzz Bonus scheme, the higher the level you achieve the faster you will earn more bonus points. To move to the next points earning level you must earn the required level of points.

You can check the levels and your current points total in the 'My Account' section of your account on the website or in the bingo lobby.

Once you have earned 500 points you will be able to redeem them for bonus cash to spend on any bingo game and selected side games!

How can I change my payment method?

To change your payment method, click ‘Deposit' on the top right hand corner of the site, or click ‘My Account', and then ‘Deposit' underneath Cashier. From here, you can register a new payment method, or change your default payment method to a previously registered method.

Why can't I change my payment method?

Your balance must be below £100 before you can change your payment method. If you want to change your payment method because your existing payment method is invalid, please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to help you.

Do you charge fees for accepting a particular payment method?

GalaBingo.com will not pass on any processing fees for any payment methods to you. However, we recommend that you check with your payment provider to confirm whether they will charge you additional fees for depositing, particularly when using credit cards or international bank transfers.

My credit/debit card has been cancelled, how do I enter my new card details?

Click ‘Deposit' on the top right hand corner of the site, and then ‘ADD NEW DEPOSIT METHOD'. From here, you can add your new card details.

Why was my deposit declined?

Please check the details that you have entered match those given to you by your payment issuer. If these are correct, then you will need to contact your payment issuer to ask them why the transaction was declined. Unfortunately our Customer Service team will not be able to establish why your payment issuer declined the transaction.

Can I use a payment method belonging to a friend or family member with their permission?

No. You can only use a payment method that is registered to the name of the galabingo.com account holder.

Is there a minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is £5.00.

What are Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode?

All debit and credit card payments through our site are now capable of utilising the additional security offered by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode service. If your credit/debit card issuer is enrolled, there will be one extra step when you make a payment, where they will ask you to confirm the details so that they can guarantee the payment is valid.

How do I make a withdrawal?

To make a withdrawal request, simply login to your account and select Withdraw underneath Cashier and complete the form as requested. Your money should be with you within the timeframe listed in the table below after your request has been processed. Funds will be returned to the last payment method you deposited with.

Requests will be processed only if all previous payments have been cleared and credited into our bank accounts.

How long will my withdrawal take?

The length of time a withdrawal will take to reach you depends on the payment method used.
Please note that NO payout can be processed until a member is fully Identity verified. If a member cannot be verified, messages and emails will be sent at the time of deposit indicating what needs to be supplied.

Can I cancel my withdrawal?

If your withdrawal has not yet been processed, you can cancel the request and the funds will be returned back to your galabingo.com balance. To do this, click on ‘Deposit' on the top right hand corner of any page, then click the ‘Pending Withdrawals' tab and here you will be presented with the option of cancelling any unprocessed withdrawal request. You can also reach the same page by clicking ‘My Account' and click then ‘Deposit' or ‘Withdraw' within the Cashier.

Can I withdraw before finishing a bonus' wagering requirements?

Yes, but you will lose any bonus funds, and any winnings generated as a result of the bonus. Once the withdrawal has been made, you will not be able to restore the lost bonus by cancelling the withdrawal request

Bear in mind that not all bonuses have wagering requirements, so check the Terms and Conditions for your particular bonus if you are unsure.

Why was my bonus removed when I requested a withdrawal?

If you had an in-progress pre-wager bonus that you had not yet completed the wagering requirements for, the bonus and any generated winnings are removed when the funds are withdrawn.

How can I view all of my deposits and withdrawals?

Click on My Account, and under My Account History. You can select the types of transactions, status and a date range. This can also be accessed by clicking ‘Deposit' on any on any page and choosing ‘Transaction History' from the top menu.

How do I clear my web browser's cache?

  • Once your browser is open, click the gear at the top right to open the settings menu. Then, select Safety and Delete Browsing History... Or, optionally you may simply press Ctrl-Shift-Delete to open the Delete Browsing History window.

  • Select Temporary Internet Files. You will also need to uncheck all the other boxes, especially Preserve Favourites website data. This option makes the window also delete objects from websites in your Favourites folder, which is necessary to completely clear your cache.
  • Click the Delete button near the bottom of the window to perform the operations (i.e. clear your cache by deleting temporary files).
  • Your computer will work for a moment, and then the process will be complete. You've successfully cleared Internet Explorer 9's Cache!

  • Click "Tools". Once your browser is open, click the Tools menu. Alternatively, you may simply press Ctrl-Shift-Delete to open the Delete Browsing History window (and skip step 2)
  • Click on Delete Browsing History
  • Select Temporary Internet Files.
  • Click the Delete button near the bottom of the window to delete your temporary files (i.e. clear your cache).
  • If you want the browser to automatically clear the cache whenever you close it, click the Advanced tab. Click to check the box next to the Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed option (in the section labelled Security). Click OK. This will delete everything except cookies.

    Note: IE8 has a "feature" which retains some cookies even after you clear your cache if you do not UNCHECK the "Preserve Favourites Website Data." If you truly need to clear your cache, you will want to uncheck this!

  • Under the Temporary Internet Files heading, click Delete files
  • Click Yes when you see the prompt asking if you are sure you want to delete all temporary files.

  • Make sure 'Details' is expanded, then select Cache from the list. Uncheck everything else.
  • In the Time Range to Clear: drop down, select Everything.

How do I decide which game to play?



Select the type of game you want to play using the tabs at the top of the screen; you can sort by any of the headings so it's easy to play in the room containing your favourite Chat Host. Alternatively, you can use the Club Finder:



The Club Finder allows you to tailor your search based on the price, prize, and number of players you're looking for. Simply drag the sliders to your preference, and choose Find Club. You will then be presented with clubs that match your selections, and can click to enter the club.

Schedule



The schedule allows you to search for different games in different rooms, as well as purchase tickets for these games. Use the buttons at the top of the screen to refine your search by particular days, times, or clubs, then scroll through the list of games and tick the check box next to the games you wish to purchase tickets for. A total amount will be calculated at the bottom right of the screen to let you keep track of the price.

How do I purchase Bingo tickets?

Simply use the Ticket Sales window. You can choose to buy one card, a strip, two strips, or max out easily using the options below. Alternatively, you can select an exact number of tickets so you are only purchasing the number you want.

If you are watching a game and wish to purchase tickets for a different game, simply click at the top of the ticket window.
Once you have purchased your tickets, you will see a confirmation similar to below.


What is Autobuy?



Autobuy allows you to automatically purchase a set number of cards per game, for a set number of games. So for example, you can choose to buy 6 cards per game, for the next 10 games. This allows you to easily purchase tickets for your session, without having to buy tickets for each individual game.

You can also restrict the maximum ticket price you are willing to pay using the box at the bottom of the screen.



How do I know if I have 1 to go?

Your ticket will be marked with 1 to go, as shown below.



How do I know if I have won?

A pop-up will appear over your tickets, with the prize (1 line, 2 lines, full house) you have won, as well as the amount and the winning ticket.



Do I have to dab the tickets myself?

Only if you want to! Click which will show you the following options:



From here you can choose whether or not to turn on Auto Dab, Ticket sorting, Strip sorting and Autobuy. A red dot means the option is disabled, and the green dot means the option is enabled.

How do I change my preferences within the bingo rooms?



Dab Shape – Choose the shape of the dabber used to dab your bingo tickets.

Dab Colour – Choose the colour of the dabber.

Dabber Style – Choose the style of dabber that best suits you!



Here you can adjust the volume of each of the aspects of the bingo client – Master, Caller, Gala Live, Sound Effects and Background.



Choose your animations and quality settings. You may wish to reduce the quality if you experience slowdowns whilst playing bingo.



Choose your chat name, and if you don't like it, then you can change it again! You can also adjust the font size to make the screen easier to read, enable or disable notifications for players joining and leaving the room, and you can also remove yourself from Windicates.

The Desktop Icon tab will allow you to install a shortcut to Gala Bingo onto your desktop to make it even easier to play your favourite bingo games.

What happens if I am disconnected prior to, or during a game of Bingo?

While playing online bingo it is possible to become disconnected from the game, but not to worry as our Card Manager will take over the dabbing for you. Should you win at any stage then claims will be automatically made and your account will then be updated with any winnings so you will never miss out!



Windicates



What are Windicates?

Windicates is a Feature that can be applied to a Bingo game. If the full house winner of the game that has the Windicate feature applied is a Windicate owner, then they and the other member of their Windicate will win a share of the Windicate prize pot.

There must be at least 2 players in your Windicate in order for it to be eligible to with the Windicate prize.

Create a Windicate

To create a Windicate, you must click "Create Windicate" under the Windicate tab and enter a name for your Windicate. You can then invite up to 5 friends to join your Windicate.

Inviting a Windicate member

There are a number of ways to invite others to join your Windicate:
  • Under the Windicates tab, search, by clicking
  • Click the Windicates icon next to a roomie or Buddy
Invited players will be notified and they will need to Accept the invitation in order to join your Windicate. Notifications

If you are invited to join a Windicate, you will see a message on the screen when you access your account. The message will give you the option to Accept or Decline the invitation.

All notifications of Invites, or players joining or leaving your Windicate will be shown in your Inbox.

Leave Windicates

To leave a particular Windicate, you first select the name of the Windicate under "My Windicates" and then click the Remove button next to your chatname.

If you do not wish to participate in or be invited to join and Windicates, you can select the option "Remove me from Windicates" under the Chat tab of Options.



Bingo Jackpots

What is a feature jackpot?

A Feature jackpot is a applied to special jackpot games. The win criteria and payout configurations vary between each jackpot; refer to the relevant help text sections for more information.

Feature jackpots include: Windicates, Hi-5 and Rollaball

Terms and Conditions

Two or more players can share the full house prize in a game of bingo, i.e. players' may have tickets which meet the prize criteria on the same ball. In the event this happens and players are eligible to win a jackpot, the jackpot money will be shared between winners. The Jackpot may be shared equally between winners or shared proportionally based on stake.

You are only eligible to win a jackpot if you have purchased a ticket. Therefore, in free games and games for which you were awarded free tickets, you are not eligible to win the standard or progressive jackpots. The exception to this is where we offer Standard Jackpots in rooms dedicated to 'Free Bingo'.

It is possible for the same jackpot to be running in multiple linked rooms which may have different configurations. If you buy tickets for the same game in different rooms all tickets are attributed to the room from which tickets were first purchased, the room in which the specific winning ticket(s) was purchased is irrelevant.

You can't win two progressive jackpots in the same game...If you meet the criteria for two progressive jackpots simultaneously you will win the jackpot with the highest monetary value. The second progressive jackpot will remain for other customers to win.

You can't win a fixed amount jackpot at the same time as progressive or feature jackpots… If you win a progressive jackpot or a feature jackpot you are not eligible to win a fixed amount jackpot.

You can't win more than one fixed amount jackpot in the same game...If you meet the criteria to win multiple fixed amount jackpots simultaneously you will win the fixed amount jackpot with the highest monetary value.

You can't win a feature jackpot and a fixed amount jackpot...If you win a feature jackpot you will not be eligible for fixed amount jackpot unless a specific exception is detailed for the feature.

These Jackpots may be opened up to players outside the Gala Bingo network.

Gala Bingo reserves the right to remove a jackpot once it has been won.

Gala Bingo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

What is the Cash Climber?

The Cash Climber jackpot can be won on all paid for 90 ball bingo games. It is won by claiming the full house in 32 balls or under. The jackpot will continue to increase until won and is displayed in the top left hand corner of the game screen when available.

The jackpot is funded by a percentage of stakes which will be added to the Cash Climber Jackpot so that it increases after each game. Once a Cash Climber has been won it will be re-seeded at £5,000. The current Cash Climber amount will show in the Jackpot area at the top-left of the Bingo club when it is available for a particular game.

What is the Battle of the Clubs?

Battle of the clubs is a community feature that can be scheduled on linked games that rewards players who bought tickets in the club where the winning ticket was bought.

N.B. If players buy tickets for the same game in multiple clubs, for the purpose of the Battle of the Clubs feature, all tickets will be attributed to the club in which the first ticket for the game was bought.

Prize Options

Battle of the Clubs games can each be configured differently....

Winning players are paid a share of the Battle of the Club Feature. The total pot is shared between the player with the winning ticket for the game and all other players who bought tickets in the same club (including the winner).

The split between the winning player and all eligible players is configurable per game. The portion of the pot shared between all eligible players may be equal per player or proportional based on stakes in the game. The minimum payout to a player in the winning club is £0.01.

Prizes may be paid to your Bingo or Cash Balance.

Before a Game Starts

Before a Battle of the Clubs game starts, a blind will show that the Battle of the Clubs game is about to start. It will detail the prize options for the game.

If a Battle of the Clubs game precedes another Battle of the Clubs game, and they have exactly the same prize options, the blind will only show once before the first game.

Winners

At the end of every Battle of the Clubs game, a special win animation will appear listing Battle of the Clubs winners. If you've won, your name will be top of the list!

You can also check full details of your Battle of the Clubs win in your bet history.

What is the Super Spotlight?

The "Super Spotlight" is a progressive jackpot that is specific to a designated Bingo club. The Super Spotlight game will be played for 1 line, 2 lines and the Full House with the Jackpot available by winning a Full House within a specified number of calls as shown in the Jackpot area in the designated club. The designated number of calls and ticket price can vary from club to club and may be changed due to specific promotions and Gala Bingo will advise when this will happen.

Once a Jackpot has been won the full amount will be paid to the winner. There is no shared element in this Jackpot and the Jackpot winner will receive 100% of the Jackpot amount. The Super Spotlight Jackpot can only be won during a Super Spotlight game and the game will be clearly named "Club Name (ie City) Super Spotlight" to differentiate it from non-Super Spotlight games

The "Super Spotlight" is a separate Jackpot game to the "Spotlight" and the two are not connected in any way.

The jackpot is funded by a percentage of stakes which will be added to the Super Spotlight Jackpot so that it increases after each game. Once a Super Spotlight has been won it will be re-seeded (this re-seed amount may vary depending on the specific club's Super Spotlight and the Super Spotlight Jackpot will become active again. The current Super Spotlight Jackpot amount will show in the Jackpot area at the top-left of the Bingo club when it is available for a particular game.

What is Rollaball?

Rollaball is a Feature jackpot.
To claim the advertised Jackpot, the winner of the full house prize will have to claim the Full House in a specified number of balls calls or less. The number of ball calls will start at 32 and increment by 1 each day. When the jackpot is won, it will reset and the ball call criteria will start again at 32.
It is a community payout with a percentage of the prize being paid to the Full House winner and the rest being split amongst all other players in the room. All winnings will be immediately credited to the winners' accounts.
The Rollaball jackpot is seeded at £100. After that a percentage of all ticket sales will be added to the next game's jackpot until it is won. Once the jackpot has been won the jackpot will be re-seeded at £100 to start off the next jackpot.

What is High 5?

High Five is a Feature jackpot.
To claim the advertised Jackpot, the winner of the full house prize will have to claim the Full House on number 5 or any number ending in 5 (15, 25, 35 etc.). It is a community payout with 50% of the prize being paid to the Full House winner and 50% being split amongst all other players in the room.
All winnings will be immediately credited to the winners' accounts.
Please note: the prizes for the 1 Line and the 2 Lines will be available as normal, as well as the prize for the Full House on any number apart from 5 or ending in 5.
The Hi 5 jackpot is seeded at £100. After that a percentage of all ticket sales will be added to the next game's jackpot until it is won. Once the jackpot has been won the jackpot will be re-seeded at £100 to start off the next jackpot.



Gala Live

What is Gala Live?

If you choose to play in our Gala Live club you watch and interact with our live presenters. Either by watching Gala Live in the standard or full screen format.

All games in Gala Live are standard 90 ball bingo and you can buy your tickets in the usual way.

Please note that there may be a delay between the Live broadcast and the streaming of the draw. This delay will not impact on the game or cause players any disadvantage. Players who do not have broadband connection may experience difficulties viewing the stream of the show. If so, you are able to stop the show at any time. This will not have an impact on the outcome of your game. If you have a winning ticket, your account will be automatically credited the winnings as normal.

In the event of any problems with the streaming, relevant messages may be shown in place of the Gala Live show.

I was disconnected in the middle of a Vegas game – what do I do?

When you reconnect to the casino, click on the game that you were playing, and you will be prompted to resume your incomplete/unfinished game if there was an outstanding action, such as whether to hit or stand in Blackjack.

For games where no additional action is required from you after placing a bet, for example with a slot machine, you can view the outcome of the bet in your list of bets by going to My Account and looking under Game History.
