These Terms & Conditions apply to this “150K Big Bingo Drop” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Promotional Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This promotion is available to eligible players (defined below) from 02.01.2024 until further notice. (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This promotion is available to customers of https://www.galabingo.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. Are over 18 years old;
   2. Are located in the UK;
   3. Have a verified website account;
   4. Are eligible to receive website promotions; and
   5. Do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which eligible players may access their website account can be found HERE.

   (together an “Eligible Player”).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

3. Eligible players must purchase at least 1 bingo ticket with a price of £0.10 for the 150K Bingo Game Room (a “Ticket”).
4. Tickets for the £150K Bingo room are available to purchase from 21:15 (UK Time) on the 2^nd calendar of the previous month until 20:30 (UK Time) on the day of the next game.
5. The £150K Big Bingo Drop games will take place at 21:00 (UK Time), on the second calendar day of each month.

150K BINGO GAME-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

6. A maximum of 100 Tickets can be purchased per eligible player per game.
7. All prizes will be split into 1 Line, 2 Lines, Full House. Plus, Roll-on and 1 To Go features.

8. All prize amounts will be specified within the room before the game starts.
   1. Roll-On: Once the Full House has been called, the game will continue to call Bingo numbers until there are an additional 5 (five) Full House winners.
   2. 1 To Go (1TG): All eligible players that have a ticket with 1 number to go (1TG) when the Full House is called, will receive a proportional share of a community prize pot, based on the number of Tickets held by each Eligible Player.
9. All prizes will be paid out as cash.
10. This is a network promotion which is offered across multiple sites on the Entain Bingo Network. Prizes in this Promotion are available across multiple Bingo brands within the Entain Bingo Network and will be shared with winners from across all such brands.

USE OF INFORMATION TERMS

11. The promoter will use all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and in accordance with applicable current data protection legislation*.
12. Eligible Players acknowledge that winning participant’s’ Bingo chat name shall be published on the promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across social media channels. Should a winning participant not want to have their Bingo chat name and/or personal information published on the promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across social media channels, the winning participant should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.
13. By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Player agrees that any personal information provided in connection with the Promotion may be held and used by the Promoter (and/or its agents and suppliers) in order to administer the Promotion and contact winners.
14. Eligible Players have the right to exercise their rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) by contacting dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.

*Data Protection legislation means the UK GDPR and the relevant national privacy laws.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

16. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other website promotion.
17. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the general website terms & conditions.
18. The promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include safer gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
19. The promoter reserves the right to change or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
20. Where the promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
21. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an eligible player’s website account in connection with this promotion, the promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its general terms and conditions.
