These Terms & Conditions apply to this Gala Live Bingo promotion (“the Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Promotional Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Player's (defined below) every day between 19:30 and 20:30 (UK Time) from 01.07.23 until further noticed. On Fridays, this promotion is available to Eligible Player's between 19:30 and 21:30 (UK Time).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.galabingo.com (the “Website”) who:
   • Are over 18 years old.
   • Are located in the UK.
   • Have a verified Website account that is eligible to receive Bingo Bonuses and Free Bingo Tickets; and
   • do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

   (together an “Eligible Player”).

HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTION

3. To participate in this Promotion each Eligible Player must enter the Gala Live bingo room and purchase at least one (1) Bingo ticket.
4. The Bingo Room will be open every day of the week between 19:30 - 20:30, except on Fridays, where the Bingo Room will be open from 19:30 - 21:30 (the "promotional hours").
5. Ticket prices range between £0.01 and £0.10.
6. The maximum number of tickets an Eligible Player can purchase per game is 100.
7. There will be a live stream feature enabled during the Promotional Hours.

9. On Fridays the 20:22 game will be boosted (“Boosted Game”). The 10K Game Monthly Special will play every 1^st Friday of the month. The 5K Game Weekly Special will play on the remaining Fridays of the month. The prize pot will be higher and alternate according to the following table:

10. All prizes will be immediately credited as cash to all winning Eligible Players.
11. The EAW Feature Prize will be shared among all Eligible Players who did not win a prize. Roll On Feature Prize: After the full house is won, all the non-winners will have a chance to play for an extra full house. 1TG Feature Prize: All Eligible Players who have missed the full house by 1 number will win a share of the 1TG prize pot.

FREE BINGO TICKET - SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

12. Every week between Saturday and Thursday, Eligible Players who participate in the game held at 20:12 (UK Time) will receive 1 Free Bingo Ticket for the Boosted Game held the following Friday at 20:22 (UK Time).
13. The maximum number of Free Tickets to the Boosted Game which an Eligible Player can receive in a week is 6 (one per day when participating in 20:12 game).
14. The Free Bingo Tickets to use on the Boosted Game at 20:22 will be credited on Friday mornings, before 12:00.
15. Any winnings from the Free Bingo Tickets will be credited as cash to the Eligible Players balance immediately.

BINGO BONUS - SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

16. The Bingo Bonus will be valid to use in any Bingo Room.
17. Eligible Players will need to claim their Bingo Bonus in the “My Rewards” Tab.
18. The Bingo Bonus must be claimed and used by Eligible Players within 7 days of it becoming available in Eligible Player’s account or it may be forfeited.
19. There is no cash alternative to the Bingo Bonus.
20. Winnings from the Bingo Bonus will be credited as cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
