BEFORE CLAIMING THE GALA LIVE SHOW PROMOTION, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to the Gala Live Show promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and the Bingo Jargon Buster. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) on the following dates and times:
   1. 23.02.2024 between 19:30 – 20:45 (UK Time)
   2. 22.03.2024 between 19:30 – 20:45 (UK Time)
   3. 26.04.2024 between 19:30 – 20:45 (UK Time).

   (each one a “Promotional Day”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.galabingo.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. are existing real money customers;
   2. have a verified Website account;
   3. are aged over 18 years;
   4. are resident in the UK Mainland only; and
   5. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must be in the Gala Live Show room on a Promotional Day during the Live Show. The Live Show will start at 19.30 and end at 20:45.
5. During the Gala Live Shows on each Promotional Day, both “WhatsApp Games” and “Chat Games” will be available to Eligible Players.
6. Both “WhatsApp Games and the Chat Games are free to play and no purchase is necessary to participate.

WHATSAPP GAME SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

7. During each Gala Live Show, Eligible Players will be invited by the Gala Live hosts to send a WhatsApp message to Gala Bingo.
8. The Gala Bingo WhatsApp number is: 07467 444473.
9. Eligible Players who send the WhatsApp message when prompted by the Gala Live Show hosts will be entered into a draw where one (1) of the senders will be selected via Random Name Generator by the Gala Live Show hosts.
10. Once a sender is selected, they will be called via WhatsApp by the Gala Live hosts who will spin the wheel live on their behalf.
11. The prize featured on the wheel at the point of stopping will be the prize won by the selected sender.
12. One prize per selected sender in the “WhatsApp Game” during each Gala Live Show.
13. The following prizes can be won by spinning the wheel:
    1. £50 Cash Reward
    2. £100 Cash Reward
    3. £1,000 Cash Reward
    4. £5 Bingo Bonus (1x wagering)
    5. £10 Bingo Bonus (1x wagering)
    6. £100 Love2shop Voucher

14. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold prizes until proof of eligibility and identity has been provided and if such proof is not provided on request, to disqualify the winner from the Promotion.

CHAT GAME SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

15. Two (2) Chat Games will be available during each Gala Live Show.
16. During each Chat Game, winners will be selected via random name generator by the Gala Live Show hosts among all Eligible Players who have correctly answered the question/s asked via chat by the Gala Live hosts.
17. A £5 Cash Rewards will be credited to the winner’s account within 48 hours following the end of the Live Show.
18. We reserve the right to withhold prizes until proof of eligibility and identity has been provided and if such proof is not provided on request, to disqualify the winner from the Promotion.

CASH REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

19. All Cash Rewards will be credited to the winner’s account within 48 hours following the end of the Live Show.
20. The Cash Reward is withdrawable.

BINGO BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

21. The Bingo Bonus will be credited to the My Rewards section of a winner’s Website account within 48 hours of the Bingo Bonus being won.
22. The Bingo Bonus can be used on any bingo game to purchase bingo tickets.
23. Eligible Players must complete the wagering requirements in order to release the winnings from the tickets bought using the Bingo Bonus.
24. The wagering requirements for the Bingo Bonus are as follows:
    • A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 1 TIMES THE BONUS AMOUNT. For example, with a £5 Bingo Bonus an Eligible Player will have to wager a total of £5 x 1 = £5 to meet the wagering requirements.
25. The wagering requirement for this Bingo Bonus must be met within 7 days following the date on which the Bingo Bonus becomes active otherwise any funds sitting in an Eligible Player’s Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited. After 7 days the Bingo Bonus and Pending Winnings will be void and not reissued.
26. Whilst an Eligible Player can withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary wagering requirements have been met, this will mean that they fully forfeit any winnings sitting in their bonus wallet.
27. An Eligible Player will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings from the Bonus Balance wallet and the pending winnings wallet once they have satisfied the wagering requirements.
28. The Bingo Bonus cannot be exchanged for other prizes and/or cash.
29. If the Bingo Bonus does not appear in an Eligible Player’s account within 48 hours, please contact Customer Support.

TANGIBLE PRIZE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

30. Hampers, Goodie Bags and the Surprise Item prizes will be dispatched via courier by our third-party prize provider (Prizeshark Ltd) to the registered address associate with the winner’s verified Website account. The registered address will be confirmed with the winner within 48 hours following the end of the Live Show.
31. Tangible prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
32. By participating in this Promotion, all winners of tangible prizes will consent and agree to the Promoter passing their details on to the third-party prize provider who will arrange the fulfilment of the tangible prize(s) directly with the winner. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.
33. The Promoter and its third-party prize provider reserve the right to change or amend the prizes at any given time to prizes of equivalent value.

LOVE2SHOP VOUCHER SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

34. Winners will be contacted by the Promoter within 48 hours following the end of the Live Show and their Love2Shop e-voucher code will be sent to their registered email address.
35. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure their email address registered to their Website account is up to date.
36. The Love2Shop voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

38. By participating in this Promotion, winners give consent to sharing their first name and email address with Love2shop to fulfil the prize, their details will not be used for any other purposes.
39. The Promoter will not be responsible for the inability of the prize winners to take up/utilize the prize.
40. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Love2Shop voucher at any time to a prize of equivalent value.

The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
44. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
45. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
