By participating in this Promotion you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements. 

These Terms & Conditions apply to this Autumn Games promotion (the ‘Promotion’). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Promotional Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD  

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily, from 21/09/26 until 30/11/26 between 09:00 and 21:55 (the ‘Promotional Period’).  

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION  

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of our Gala brands (Gala Bingo or Gala Spins, referred to as the ("Website") who:
   1. are over 18 years old;  
   2. have a verified Website account; and 
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions. 

   (an ‘Eligible Player’).  

3. An Eligible Player cannot participate in this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.
4. If a promotion is advertised in a different currency to an Eligible Player’s Website account, the qualifying spend and any bonus/prize will be in that account currency (for example a promotion advertised as "bet £10 get £10" this will be "bet €10 get €10"). 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION  

5. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must enter and purchase at least one Bingo ticket in the Autumn Games within the Penny Bingo Room during the Promotional Period. 
6. The maximum number of Bingo tickets that can be purchased by an Eligible Player per game is 120. 
7. Bingo tickets cost €0.01 - €0.02 each. 

BINGO PRIZES SPECIFIC TERMS 

8. The minimum guaranteed prize(s) for the Autumn Games are displayed in the tables below. 
9. The 1 Line, 2 Lines and Full House prizes are progressive and may increase based on the number of Bingo tickets sold. The prizes will increase proportionally based on the initial weighting within the in-game table. 
10. The in-game table can be located within the hamburger menu in The Autumn Games in the Penny Bingo Room.
11. In the case of multiple winners, the prizes will be shared proportionally based on the number of winning Bingo tickets held by each Eligible Player. 
12. All prizes are paid in cash.
13. The Autumn Games play Monday – Sunday from 11:00 to 21:55 (UK time) according to the schedule below:

FEATURE SPECIFIC TERMS 

16. Everyone’s A Winner Feature: To qualify for a share of the Everyone’s A Winner Feature prize, an Eligible Player must purchase a minimum of 1 Bingo tickets in a game where the feature is available. A fixed prize pool is shared amongst all non-winners at the end of Everyone’s A Winner Feature Games (as per the table above). A full explanation of the Everyone’s A Winner feature can be found HERE.
17. Prize Wheel Feature: Available to all Eligible Players in Prize Wheel Feature games (as per the table above), who purchase a minimum of 6 Bingo tickets. The Prize Wheel will appear once an Eligible Player has purchased a minimum of 6 Bingo tickets, they can then spin the Prize Wheel before the game starts to win a cash prize between €0.01 - €1.00. 18. 1 To Go Feature: All Eligible Players who have missed the full house by 1 number in 1 To Go Feature games (as per the table above) will win a share of the 1TG prize pot. A full explanation of the 1 To Go Feature can be found HERE.

CASH REWARDS SPECIFIC TERMS  

19. All cash prizes will be paid into the winner’s cash balance immediately after the game ends. 
20. The cash prize will be withdrawable from the moment it is credited onto the Eligible Players Website account.  

USE OF INFORMATION

21. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and in accordance with applicable current Data Protection legislation*.
22. Eligible Players acknowledge that winning participants’ Bingo Chat Name shall be published on the Promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across social media channels. Should a winning participant not want to have their Bingo Chat Name and/or personal information published on the Promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across social media channels, the winning participant should notify the Promoter as soon as possible by contacting Customer Services HERE.
23. By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Player agrees that any personal information provided in connection with the Promotion may be held and used by the Promoter (and/or its agents and suppliers) in order to administer the Promotion and contact winners.

*Data Protection legislation means the UK GDPR and the relevant national privacy laws.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

25. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes. 
26. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour. 
27. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation. 
28. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
