PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 12:00 08.01.2026 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”). 

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. This Promotion is available to new customers of our Gala brands (Gala Bingo, Gala Spins or Gala Casino, referred to as (the "Website") who: 
   1. are over 18 years old. 
   2. have not made a deposit before. 
   3. have a verified Website account. 

   (together an “Eligible Player”). 

3. To qualify for this Promotion, an Eligible Player must make a first single deposit worth minimum £10 within 7 days of registering a Website account (the “Qualifying Deposit”).
4. Deposits made via Envoy, Neteller, PayPal, Moneybookers, Paysafe, Skrill or via any pre-payment card, certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion.
5. only claim this Promotion once. 
6. Once an Eligible Player has qualified for and participated in this Promotion, they are not eligible for another Welcome Offer on any other Gala Brand. 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

7. An Eligible Player, after making a Qualifying Deposit, must spend a minimum of £10 in any bingo room (the “Spend Requirement”) to receive a £40 Bingo Bonus.
8. Cumulative spend up to £10 will count towards the Spend Requirement.

BINGO BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

9. The Bingo Bonus will have to be claimed within 7 days of meeting the Spend Requirement.
10. The Bingo Bonus will be valid to use in any bingo room.
11. An Eligible Player will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings from the Bonus Balance wallet and the Pending Winnings wallet once they have satisfied the Wagering Requirements.
12. The Wagering Requirements for this Bingo Bonus are as follows:
    • A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 2 TIMES THE BINGO BONUS AMOUNT (£40 x2 = £80 WAGERING).
13. The Wagering Requirements for this Bingo Bonus must be met within 7 days of it being credited otherwise any funds sitting in the Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited.
14. The Bingo Bonus can be claimed by visiting the “My Rewards” tab on the Website.
15. Whilst an Eligible Player can withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst their Bonus is active), this will mean that they fully forfeit any winnings sitting in their Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet.
16. Eligible Players must use their Bingo Bonus within 7 days of it being credited, otherwise it will expire and not be reissued.
17. The Bingo Bonus cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
18. After Wagering Requirements have been met, any winnings from the Bingo Bonus will be credited as cash automatically into the Eligible Player’s Cash Balance wallet.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

20. The Promoter may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
21. Where the Promoter suspects that an Eligible Player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
22. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website promotion.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict your access to any Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. 
24. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
