These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Match 5 Bingo promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Jargon Buster. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 00:01 - 23:59 (UK Time) daily between 15.04.24 - 21.04.24 (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of galabingo.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old; and
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

   (an “Eligible Player”).

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:
1. access the game via the promotional page or any bingo room mini game section;
2. launch Match 5 Bingo;
3. either keep the default card containing five (5) bingo ball numbers or change to another card with different bingo ball numbers, by clicking ‘CHANGE CARD'; and
4. once ready with chosen card, click ‘PLAY’.

MATCH 5 BINGO MEHCANICS

5. Up to thirty-six (36) bingo balls will be randomly drawn out of the tombola and placed into the bar on the game screen with the corresponding bingo ball number (each one a “Call”).
6. If an Eligible Player’s bingo ball numbers match those called, they will be highlighted on their card.
7. The game will end when all five (5) bingo ball numbers on an Eligible Player’s card have matched against the bingo ball numbers drawn out of the tombola, or when all thirty-six (36) bingo balls have been called.
8. An Eligible Player must match all five (5) of their bingo ball numbers on their card to receive a reward.
9. Rewards are based on the number of Calls it takes an Eligible Player to match all five (5) of their bingo ball numbers as detailed in the following table:

10. The onscreen reward table will highlight during the game and will update in line with the number of Calls, showing the rewards which can still be won.
11. Once the game has ended, an Eligible Player will be presented with an in-game pop up showing the result of the game.
12. Winning Eligible Players will get an automatic pop-up providing full details and the value of their reward. An Eligible Player can click on ‘CLAIM’ to be redirected to ‘My Rewards’ page to claim their reward.
13. If the outcome for an Eligible Player is a loss, the no win outcome on the reward table will be highlighted in red.
14. Maximum of one game per Eligible Player per day during the Promotional Period.
15. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative rewards of the same or higher value.

BINGO TICKET SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

17. Bingo Tickets are valid to use in any room where the value of the tickets is £0.01 - £0.02.
18. The minimum number of Bingo Tickets a player can win is three (3) and the maximum is twenty (20).
19. Players must use any Bingo Tickets won as part of Match 5 Bingo within 7 days of being won, otherwise they will expire and not be reissued.
20. Bingo Tickets will be credited automatically. In the event of any technical difficulty, they will be credited by 18:00 the following day to qualified customers.
21. Bingo Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

CASH PRIZE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

22. The minimum and maximum cash prize a player can receive is £50.
23. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to substitute alternative prizes of the same or higher value.

IMPORTANT TERMS

25. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. 26. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the Promoter’s offers and/or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
27. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
29. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
