When & Where?

Every Monday, we'll check to see if you've qualified. If you meet the£80 deposit & spend requirement, we will send you a welcome email. Your membership will be active for 28 days from the date this email is sent.

HOW DO I KEEP MY MEMBERSHIP ACTIVE?

From the date your first welcome email is sent, we will review your account every 28 days and if you have met the deposit and spend £80 qualification criteria during this time, we will renew your membership for further 28 days.

BEFORE CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THE PROMOTION. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA OUTLINED BELOW.

These terms and conditions apply to this “Boss Benefits” rewards promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our general website terms and conditions, found HERE.

1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  • This Promotion will be available to Eligible Customers from Monday 17 May 2021 00:00 (UK time) until Tuesday 17 August 2021 at 23:59 (UK time). The Promotion will extend after this period but the Qualification Criteria (defined below) and other significant terms may change.

2.WHO IS AN ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER

  1. The Promotion is available to new and/or existing customers of www.galabingo.com (the “Gala Bingo Website”) customers who:
    1. are over 18 years old;
    2. reside in and access their Gala Bingo Website account from the United Kingdom;
    3. hold an active Gala Bingo Website account;
    4. meet the Qualification Criteria (defined below);
    5. are selected by Gala Bingo (in its sole discretion) to be included in this Promotion; and
    6. have received an Introductory Email (defined below) from TLC
  2. (together an “Eligible Customer”).

3. QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

  • To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Customer will need to deposit and wager a minimum of £80 (in real cash with no bonuses) on the Gala Bingo Website within a consecutive 28-day period (the “Qualification Period”)

(together an “Eligible Customer”).

4. OPENING AN ACCOUNT

  1. Upon meeting the Qualification Criteria for the first time, the following Monday an Eligible Customer will receive an introductory email from TLC directing them to www.bossbenefitscard.com (the “Introductory Email”).
  2. By registering an account on www.bossbenefitscard.com to access the Promotion (a “Boss Benefits Account”), Eligible Customers will need to agree to TLC’s terms and conditions, which can be found here. If an Eligible Customer does not agree with or accept any of these terms, they must not register for a Boss Benefits Account.
  3. Eligible Customers will have 28-days from the date of the Introductory Email to register their Boss Benefits Account and redeem available Rewards within this Qualification Period. After this period, registration will be withdrawn and an Eligible Customer will have to complete the Qualification Criteria in a future Qualification Period should they wish to gain access to the Promotion.
  4. The Introductory Email shall be sent by TLC to the email address registered against an Eligible Customer’s Gala Bingo Website account. Introductory emails and messages related to Qualification Criteria, account closure and/or re-activation shall be sent to an Eligible Customer’s Gala Bingo Website account and associated email address.
  5. Eligible Customers may only create one Boss Benefits Account for the Promotion.

5. MAINTAINING ACCESS TO THE PROMOTION

  1. To maintain access to their Boss Benefits Account, an Eligible Customer will need to complete the Qualification Criteria in every consecutive Qualification Period after the date of the Introductory Email.
  2. An Eligible Customer will be notified via email within 48 hours upon completing the Qualification Criteria for a Qualification Period.
  3. An Eligible Customer can check their progress in completing the Qualification Criteria in a relevant Qualification Period by checking their Gala Bingo Website account transaction history.
  4. Unless otherwise determined by Gala Bingo, if an Eligible Customer fails to maintain the Qualification Criteria, that Eligible Customer’s Boss Benefits Account shall be deactivated at the end of the relevant Qualification Period.
  5. All Boss Benefits Accounts shall terminate twenty-eight (28) days after the end of the Promotion’s last Qualification Period.

6. RE-ACTIVATING AN ACCOUNT

  1. If an Eligible Customer’s Boss Benefits Account has been de-activated, they must complete the Qualification Criteria in a Qualification Period to regain access. If this is subsequently done, an Eligible Customer shall receive an email from TLC requiring them to click on a link, access a webpage and log-in to their existing Boss Benefits Account. An Eligible Customer will not need to re-register for another Boss Benefits Account.
  2. If an Eligible Customer’s Boss Benefits Account is re-activated, they will need to comply with the requirements outlined in clause 5 above in order to maintain access to the Promotion.

7. GALA BINGO ACCOUNT CLOSURE

  1. If an Eligible Customer’s Gala Bingo Website account is closed (for whatever reason), then their Boss Benefits Account will also be deactivated at the end of the relevant Qualification Period and they will no longer be able to access their Boss Benefits Account and/or redeem Rewards.
  2. If an Eligible Customer subsequently re-opens a Gala Bingo Website account and completes the Qualification Criteria, their Boss Benefits Account shall be re-activated in accordance with clause 6 above.
  3. An Eligible Customer shall have their Boss Benefits Account deactivated at the end of the Qualification Period if they: (i) self-exclude from gambling services with Gala Bingo (ii) close their Gala Bingo Account temporarily or permanently; (iii) commit any “Prohibited Acts” per clause 7.1 of our terms (found here); (iv) fail to comply with any Gala Bingo Website account verification requests or actions; (v) place their Gala Bingo Website account on “cool off” and/or “time-out”; (vi) have their Gala Bingo Website account restricted, suspended or closed (whether temporarily or permanently) by Gala Bingo; or if Gala Bingo has reasonable grounds in its sole discretion to request the relevant Boss Benefits Account to be deactivated.

8. REDEEMING REWARDS

  1. In order to redeem Rewards, Eligible Customers must log into their Boss Benefits Account and select the desired Reward for redemption.
  2. Eligible Customers may redeem as many different Rewards available to them as they want. Eligible Customers can only redeem those Rewards available when accessing their Boss Benefits Account. There may be restrictions in the number of times a Reward can be redeemed by Eligible Customers. Any limit on the number of times a Reward can be redeemed will be stipulated within that Reward’s specific terms.
  3. Approximately 100 Rewards will be available to be redeemed at any one time. However the exact number of Rewards will vary throughout. Examples of Rewards that may be available are up to 8.5% off Costa Coffee and/or Rewards with various restaurants.
  4. Rewards are subject to availability, substitution, change without notice and may be altered or withdrawn by TLC at any time.
  5. TLC facilitates the provision of Rewards for the Promotion. Rewards are provided to TLC by third party suppliers. Gala Bingo takes no responsibility for the supply, quality, description, functionality and/or use of Rewards that are redeemed by Eligible Customers.
  6. Rewards can be used for personal use only and are not to be used by Eligible Customers in any commercial capacity.
  7. Any Reward may be subject to additional terms and conditions and policies of a third party that the Reward is to be redeemed with (“Additional Terms”). Additional Terms may change from time to time without notice. Eligible Customers are responsible for checking Additional Terms before redeeming any Reward and complying with any Additional Terms thereafter.

9. AD-HOC REWARDS

  • Certain Eligible Customers may be offered additional Rewards from time to time, via email from TLC. Any additional rewards will need to be redeemed by an Eligible Customer by accessing their Boss Benefits Account and may be subject to Additional Terms.

10. DATA PROTECTION

  1. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Customers acknowledge and accept the use of personal data by TLC according to these terms and conditions and Gala Bingo’s Privacy Notice. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
  2. Any personal data (e.g. full name and email address) relating to Eligible Customers will be used solely for the purpose of operating the Promotion, responding to customer queries and/or requests and to provide technical or functional support. Eligible Customers will automatically be enrolled into the functional email communications for the management of the Promotion. This communication will be sent to the email address registered against an Eligible Customer’s Gala Bingo Website account. Eligible Customers will not be contacted for marketing purposes by TLC or Gala Bingo unless they have explicitly opted in to receive such marketing communications.
  3. TLC may offer links to other websites, including those of our Reward partners. If an Eligible Customer visits one of these linked websites, they are then subject to the privacy notices and other policies of such websites. TLC are not responsible for, or able to monitor or control, the policies and practices of other companies, including with respect to their collection, use or disclosure of an Eligible Customer’s personal information.
  4. Eligible Customers can exercise their data privacy rights or withdraw from the Promotion at any time by contacting bossbenefits@tlcrewards.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

11. COMPLAINTS

  2. If you have any issue relating to your Boss Benefits Account, www.bossbenefitscard.com and/or the redeeming of Rewards, please contact TLC:

    2. via telephone at 01241 467168. TLC’s customer service team are available Monday-Friday from 09:30am to 17:30 GMT (except UK bank holidays); or

12. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

  1. Promoter: LC International Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
  2. Boss Benefits Accounts and Rewards are provided on behalf of the Promoter. The Promoter is not liable nor responsible for the administration, provision or use of any Boss Benefits Accounts and/or Rewards.
  3. We may place restrictions on your Gala Bingo Website account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any Reward.
  4. Any deposit/wagering you do in relation to a different Gala Bingo Website promotion will count towards the Qualification Criteria for this Promotion.
  5. We reserve the right to change, end or restrict your access to this Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
  6. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, we reserve the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
