These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Bingo Cashback Promotion (the "Promotion"). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) weekly between Monday to Sunday (a "Qualifying Week") from 03/08/2026 until further notice (the "Promotional Period").

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. The Promotion is available to new or existing real money customers of our Gala Brands (Gala Bingo or Gala Spins, referred to the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years of age; and
   3. are eligible for Website promotions.

   (an “Eligible Player”).

3. Eligible Players must not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.
4. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or company connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Bingo Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
5. If a promotion is advertised in a different currency to an Eligible Players Website account, the qualifying spend and any bonus/prize will be in that account currency (for example a promotion advertised as "bet £10 get £10" this will be "bet €10 get €10").

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

6. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player would need to deposit a minimum of €5 during a Qualifying Week and play a real money wager in any Bingo Room.
7. The Bingo Cashback will be calculated based on an Eligible Player’s Bingo wagers placed each Qualifying Week, regardless of the "win" or "lose" outcome of the Bingo games played.
8. Any pre-purchased Bingo Tickets must be played and settled during the Promotional Period (00:01 Monday - 23:59 Sunday) in order to contribute towards the wagering requirements for this promotion.
9. An Eligible Player can qualify for seven (7) cashback Milestones during a Qualifying Week.
10. The seven (7) Cashback Milestones (each one a "Milestone") are as follows:

BINGO CASHBACK 

11. Once an Eligible Player reaches a Milestone, the relevant Cashback will be credited automatically to their cash balance.  
12. An Eligible Player will only receive the Cashback once they hit a Milestone.
13. An Eligible Player will be able to track their Cashback progress via the Promotions page.
14. The minimum Cashback an Eligible Player can receive is €0.50 and the maximum is €29.
15. An Eligible Player will only receive the cashback once they hit a Milestone; if they end the Qualifying Week in the middle of 2 Milestones, they will forfeit the wager.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.

We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
20. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
21. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
