These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Bingo Cashback Promotion (the "Promotion"). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) each (Friday to Thursday) from 03/02/2025 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PROMOTION 

2. The Promotion is available to Eligible Players of www.galabingo.com (the “Website”) who:
1. are over 18 years old;
2. are new or existing real money customers;
3. are resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland; and
4. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this promotion if they are accessing the Gala Bingo website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which you may access your Gala Bingo account can be found HERE.
4. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO PLAY BINGO CASHBACK

5. An Eligible Player would need to opt-in to the Promotion within the My Rewards page, once the Eligible Player has opted-in they can play real money wagers in any Bingo Room.
6. The Bingo Cashback is calculated based on an Eligible Player’s stakes placed each calendar week from Friday to Thursday (the “Qualifying Week”), regardless of the “win” or “lose” outcome.
7. An Eligible Player can qualify for six (6) cashback milestones during the Qualifying Week.
8. The six (6) cashback milestones (each one a “Milestone”) are as follows:

BINGO CASHBACK  

9. Once an Eligible Player reaches a Milestone, the cashback will be credited automatically to the player’s cash balance. 
10. An Eligible Player will be able to track their cashback progress via the Gala Rewards page. 
11. The minimum Cashback an Eligible Player can receive is €1. 
12. The maximum Cashback an Eligible Player can receive is €21.
13. An Eligible Player will only receive the cashback once they hit a Milestone; if they end the Qualifying Week in the middle of 2 Milestones, they will forfeit the wager.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

14. The promoter of this Promotion is LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar, having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar. 
15. Where the Promoter suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation. 
16. The Promoter may place restrictions on a Player’s account in order to comply with it’s legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promotor will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes. 
17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under  General Website Terms & Conditions.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to chance or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour. 
19. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
