By participating in this Promotion you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Bingo Cashback Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 27.10.25 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of our Gala brands (Gala Bingo or Gala Spins, referred to as the "Website") who:
   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. are located in the UK;
   3. have a verified Website account; and
   4. do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN BINGO CASHBACK

3. To participate, an Eligible Player will need to opt-in to the Bingo Cashback promotion; once the Eligible Player has opted-in they can play in any Bingo Room (real money only).
4. The Cashback reward will be calculated based on an Eligible Player’s Bingo wagers placed each calendar week from Monday to Sunday (the “Qualifying Week”), regardless of the “win” or “lose” outcome of the Bingo games played.
5. An Eligible Player can qualify for six (6) Cashback milestones during the Qualifying Week.
6. The six (6) Cashback milestones (each one a “Milestone”) are as follows:

7. Once an Eligible Player reaches a Milestone, the relevant Cashback will be credited automatically to their cash balance.
8. An Eligible Player will be able to track their Cashback progress via the Promotions page.
9. The minimum Cashback an Eligible Player can receive is €‎/£1.
10. The maximum Cashback an Eligible Player can receive is €‎/£21.
11. An Eligible Player will only receive the Cashback once they hit a Milestone.
12. If at the end of a Qualifying Week the wagers placed by the Eligible Player fall between two Milestones, Eligible Players will receive the Cashback associated with the last Milestone they have reached, and the remaining wager/s will be forfeited. For example, if the Eligible Player has wagered £40, they will receive the Cashback associated with the £30 Milestone, and the remaining £10 wagered will be forfeited.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

13. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar (the “Promoter”).
14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the offers or promotion under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
15. The Promoter may place restrictions on the Eligible Player’s account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that the Eligible Player can participate in.
16. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict access to any Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behavior.
18. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
