By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this Daily Free Bingo promotion (the “Promotion”). These must be read along with our General Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE and the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Daily Free Bingo games will be available daily from 00:00 – 23:55 (UK Time) daily from the 19th of November 2025 until further notice.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS BINGO PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of our Gala Brands (Gala Bingo or Gala Spins, referred to as the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old; and
   3. are resident in the UK.

   (an “Eligible Player”).

3. Eligible Players must not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To take part in this Promotion, Eligible Players must enter the Daily Free Bingo room and select up to 6 tickets per game per player.
5. The Daily Free Bingo games play every 5 minutes in the Daily Free Bingo Room.
6. Prizes for the Daily Free Bingo games are Gala Points.

8. EAW Feature: the prize will be shared among all players who did not win a prize.
9. Roll On 1 Feature: after the full house is won, all the non-winners will have a chance to play for an extra full house.
10. Roll On 2 Feature: after the first Roll On 1 Feature has been won, all the non-winners will have a chance to play for an extra full house.
11. 1TG Feature: all players who have missed the full house by 1 number will win a share of the 1TG prize pot.
12. 2TG Feature: all players who have missed the full house by 2 numbers will win a share of the 2TG prize pot.
13. Feature prizes will be shared equally among all the Eligible Players who qualify.

GALA POINTS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

14. A “Gala Point” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in certain promotions. Gala Points can be used to redeem offers and rewards as set out on the Website designated area (the “Gala Rewards Club”). Full Gala Points terms and conditions can be found here.
15. The number of Gala Points awarded will be shown on the pop-up message displayed on screen when the Eligible Player wins the prize.
16. Gala Points will be credited automatically to the Eligible Players Website accounts. In the event of any technical difficulty, they will be credited by 18:00 (UK time) the following day to qualifying customers.
17. There is no cash alternative for Gala Points.
18. Gala Points collected during any calendar month within the Promotional Period will expire on the 7th day of the following month, starting from 7th January 2026. Any unused Gala Points will be forfeited after the 7th day of the month following their collection. Any unused Gala Points at this time will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.

20. We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
21. We reserve the right the change, end or restrict your access to any Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
