GUARANTEED PRIZES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

7. Eligible Players who have played Daily Free Spin any five days in a week, on the fifth day will receive a guaranteed prize (the “Weekly Guaranteed Prize”).
8. The minimum Weekly Guaranteed Prize will consist of 100 Gala Points.
9. The maximum Weekly Guaranteed Prize will consist of 500 Gala Points.
10. Eligible Players who have played Daily Free Spin any fifteen days in a month, on the fifteenth day will receive a guaranteed prize (the “Monthly Guaranteed Prize”).
11. The minimum Monthly Guaranteed Prize will consist of 1 Free Spin and 100 Gala Points.
12. The maximum Monthly Guaranteed Prize will consist of 5 Free Spins and 500 Gala Points.

GALA POINTS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

13. A “Gala Point” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in certain promotions. 14. The minimum number of Gala Points an Eligible Player can win with this Promotion is 100 and the maximum is 5,000.
15. The number of Gala Points awarded will be shown on the pop-up message displayed on screen when the Eligible Player wins the prize.
16. Gala Points will be credited automatically to the Eligible Players Website accounts. In the event of any technical difficulty, they will be credited by 18:00 (UK time) the following day to qualifying customers.
17. There is no cash alternative for Gala Points.
18. Gala Points collected during any calendar month within the Promotional Period will expire on the 7th day of the following month, starting from 7th January 2026. Any unused Gala Points will be forfeited after the 7th day of the month following their collection. Any unused Gala Points at this time will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.

CASH PRIZE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

19. The cash prize an Eligible Player can win is £50.
20. The cash prize will be credited to the Eligible Player’s account immediately.

FREE SPINS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

21. The minimum number of Free Spins an Eligible Player can win with this Promotion is 1 and the maximum is 10.
22. The Free Spins awarded via this Promotion can be used on selected games only; these will be shown on the pop-up message displayed on screen when the Eligible Player wins the Free Spins.
23. The Free Spins are valued at £0.10 each.
24. The number of Free Spins awarded will be shown on the pop-up message displayed on screen when the Eligible Player wins this prize.
25. The Free Spins will be credited automatically. In the event of any technical difficulty, they will be credited by 18:00 (UK time) the following day to qualified customers.
26. Eligible Players must use their Free Spins within 7 days of them being credited, otherwise they will expire and not be reissued.
27. The Free Spins cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

32. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict access to any Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.

In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
