These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Bingo Tournaments Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Jargon Buster. They can be accessed HERE and HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily (00:01 – 23:59 UK Time) from 29^th February 2024 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR BINGO TOURNAMENTS

2. This Promotion is available to customers of galabingo.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. Have a verified Website account;
   2. Are over 18 years old; and
   3. Are eligible to receive Website promotions.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN BINGO TOURNAMENTS

4. To participate in the Bingo Tournaments (the “Tournaments”), an Eligible Player must:
   1. Access the Bingo Tournaments lobby.
   2. Opt in (once per Eligible Player per Tournament).
   3. Launch the Tournament from the Bingo Tournaments Lobby.
   4. Play the Tournament within the Tournament Duration (defined below).
   5. Eligible Players will be able to opt into each Tournament as soon as this is visible in the Bingo Tournaments lobby until 10 minutes before the end of the Tournament Duration. Times and Tournament Durations can be viewed on the Bingo Tournaments Lobby.

5. Eligible Players that enter a Tournament will have 36 Tournament Tickets each. 
6. Eligible Players will collect points from the Tournament Tickets and will be entered on a leaderboard depending on the number of points collected.
7. Eligible Players who rank on the leaderboard will receive a Reward (as detailed below).

BINGO TOURNAMENTS MECHANIC

8. There will be twenty-four (24) Tournaments held on a daily basis during the Promotional Period.
9. Each Tournament will detail the following:
   1. “Tournament Game” - the specific Bingo game which can be played as part of a specific Bingo Tournament.
   2. “Tournament Duration” - a pre-defined time limit for which each Tournament will last.
10. Each Tournament Ticket will display a value of £0.10. This is solely a token and has no value, either cash or otherwise.
11. A winning outcome of any Tournament Ticket will display winnings. They are for visual purposes only for the purpose of collecting points. Any winnings displayed hold no value, either as cash or otherwise.
12. Eligible Players must play through the Tournament Tickets to collect points to gain a ranking on the leaderboard, during the Tournament Duration.
13. The outcome of each Tournament Ticket will determine the points collected by the Eligible Player.
14. Points are collected based on the outcomes, as listed below:
    • Full House – 100 Points
    • 2 Lines – 50 Points
    • 1 Line – 30 Points
    • Roll on 1 – 15 Points
    • Roll on 2 – 15 Points
    • EAW (Everyone is A Winner)– 10 Points
    • 1TG (1 To Go) – 10 Points
    • 2TG (2 To Go) – 10 Points
15. If there are multiple winners for Full House, 2 Lines, 1 Line and Roll on prizes, the points will be split equally among all winners (for example: if at the end of a Tournament there are 4 Full House winning Tournament Tickets and an Eligible Player has 2 of those winning tickets, the 100 points will be split between the 4 winning tickets and the Eligible Player will receive 50 points).
16. The EAW, 1TG and 2TG points will be awarded per Tournament Ticket (for example: if an Eligible Player has 5 tickets with 1TG they will get 5 x 10 points (50 points)).
17. Eligible Players will be awarded for the outcome with the highest number of points.
18. The Tournament will display to the Eligible Player, in real time, their collected points plus their ranking on the leaderboard. The leaderboard and Eligible Player’s ranking are only finalised at the end of the Tournament once the Tournament Duration has completed.
19. An Eligible Player can return to real money play at any time by clicking on the “Play For Real” button. Real money bets will not contribute to the Tournament.
20. If the Eligible Player leaves or is disconnected from the Tournament, the Eligible Player can resume play by re-entering from the Bingo Tournaments lobby to continue to use their remaining Tournament Tickets, as long as the Tournament Duration has not ended.
21. If the Tournament finishes while an Eligible Player is in-game, they will be notified via an in-game message.
22. If Eligible Players are in the middle of an unfinished Tournament Ticket once the Tournament Duration has ended, they will not collect points.
23. If an Eligible Player does not use all the Tournament Tickets within the Tournament Duration, the unused Tournament Tickets will be forfeited.
24. The leaderboard will reset after each Tournament.
25. At the end of each Tournament, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a Reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per Tournament will be detailed on the Bingo Tournaments Lobby.
26. Rewards are Bingo Tickets (the “Bingo Ticket Rewards”).
27. The total number of Bingo Ticket Rewards to be won per tournament is 455 and the maximum number of Bingo Ticket Rewards each Eligible Player can win in a Tournament is 50.
28. The Tournaments schedule can be found on the Bingo Tournaments Lobby.

BINGO TICKET REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

29. Eligible Players that are still in-game (real or free mode) will receive a pop-up at the end of the Tournament Duration confirming their ranking on the leaderboard.
30. If the Eligible Player is not in-game when the Bingo Tournament finishes, they will need to return to the Bingo Tournament Lobby “See Your Results” section to confirm their ranking on the leaderboard.
31. Winning Eligible Players will receive an inbox message at the end of the Tournament giving full details and the value of their Bingo Ticket Rewards.  Eligible Players will also be able to find full details and value of the Bingo Ticket Rewards credited to their account on the “My Rewards” section.
32. Bingo Ticket Rewards will automatically be credited to Eligible Player’s account within an hour of the Tournament ending. In the event of any technical difficulties, the Bingo Ticket Rewards will be credited by 6pm the following day.
33. The Bingo Ticket Rewards will be valued between £0.01 and £0.05 each.
34. The Bingo Ticket Rewards must be used by an Eligible Player within 7 days from credit, otherwise the Bingo Ticket Rewards will expire and will not be re-issued.
35. Any winnings from the Bingo Ticket Rewards will be credited to the Eligible Player’s account in cash. There are no wagering requirements attached to the winnings obtained from the Bingo Ticket Rewards.
36. There is no cash alternative to the Bingo Ticket Rewards.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

37. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
38. We reserve the right to withdraw the Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotion under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
39. We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
40. We reserve the right the change, end or restrict your access to any Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
