These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Free Spins Friday promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion runs weekly from Friday 00:01 (UK Time) until Thursday 23:59 (UK Time) from 24.10.25 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. This Promotion is available to customers of our Gala brands (Gala Bingo or Gala Spins, referred to as (the "Website") who:
   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. are located in the UK;
   3. have a verified Website account; and
   4. do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION 

3. In order to participate, Eligible Players must opt-in to Free Spins Friday.
4. After opting in to Free Spins Friday, the Eligible Player must spend £20 (the “Spend Requirement”) on any Slot games from Friday 00:01 (UK Time) until Thursday 23:59 (UK Time) each calendar week (the “Qualifying Week”) for a share of that Qualifying Week’s 100,000 Free Spins Share Pot (the “Weekly Share Pot”).
5. The Spend Requirement can be made through multiple transactions throughout the Qualifying Week.
6. The Weekly Share Pot is split between all Eligible Players who have met the Spend Requirement during a Qualifying Week.
7. An Eligible Player will earn one share per £20 spent on slot games during the Qualifying Week.
8. The value of the share (i.e. the number of Free Spins awarded to an Eligible Player) will be calculated dividing the 100,000 Free Spins in the Weekly Share Pot by the total number of shares earned by all Eligible Players during the Qualifying Week, and then multiplying by the number of shares earned by each Eligible Player (for example, if 10,000 shares have been earned in total during a Qualifying Week, each share will be worth 10 Free Spins, and an Eligible Player who has earned 3 shares during the Qualifying Week will be awarded 30 Free Spins).
9. The share of Free Spins will be capped at 100 Free Spins per Eligible Player per Qualifying Week. Should the value of the share exceed this amount, then the difference will be credited as cash, to the value of £0.10 per spin up to a maximum of £100.

FREE SPINS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

10. The Free Spins will be credited to the “Promotions” section of the Eligible Player’s account by 18:00 (UK Time) every Friday immediately following a Qualifying Week. If the Free Spins do not appear by Friday 23:59 (UK Time), our Customer Services Team should be contacted before playing again.
11. The number of Free Spins will be shown on the pop-up message displayed when the Eligible Player is awarded this prize.
12. The Free Spins can only be used on the games mentioned in the pop-up message displayed when the Eligible Players is awarded this prize.
13. The Free Spins are valued at £0.10 each.
14. The Free Spins will be valid for 7 days once credited. If the Free Spins are not used within the 7 days, they may be forfeited and not reissued.
15. The Free Spins have no wagering requirements.
16. Any winnings accumulated from the Free Spins will be credited as cash and will be withdrawable.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict access to any Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.

In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
