PRIZE DRAW SEPCIFIC CONDITIONS

15. All players who win a prize draw ticket (“Prize Draw Ticket”) via the Spin the Wheel during the relevant Qualifying Period set out below will be entered into a draw (each a ‘Prize Draw’)

17. Each Prize Draw Ticket will entitle a player to one (1) entry to the Prize Draw for the relevant Qualifying Period. Players may win multiple Prize Draw Tickets for a Prize Draw during the Promotional Period from Summer Spinner.
18. The winner of the Prize Draw shall be selected using the random number generator tool in the Microsoft Excel program (the “Tool”). The Tool shall select a Unique ID, identifying a single player, at random (the ‘Prize Draw Winner’). If only one player is entered into the Prize Draw, that player will be considered the Prize Draw Winner.
19. We shall contact the Prize Draw winner within 72 hours by phone (or email, if a valid phone number hasn’t been provided).
20. If the Prize Draw winner fails to respond within 72 hours of being contacted or fails to provide proof of address or any other information required by us within 72 hours of the request, we reserve the right to disqualify the Prize Draw winner from this promotion and select a new winner.
21. The Prize Draw Prize shall be delivered to the address registered on the Gala Bingo account within 30 working days from the Prize Draw winner’s acceptance of the Prize Draw Prize.
22. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize Draw Prize with any alternative prize of equal or higher value in the event the Prize Draw Prize is not available.
23. There is no cash alternative available for the prizes.
