1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 28.06.25 until further notice (the ‘Promotional Period’). 

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. have a verified Website account;
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions; and

PACKAGES

43. When participating in the Friday Fiesta Promotion, Eligible Players can purchase “Package” options including 6, 12 or 24 tickets for specific days with a 20% discount (as detailed in the table below). Players must click on the “Bingo Package” tab and purchase a Package from there. Packages will give access to 4 games sessions of the same type (e.g. 4 games sessions of the £6K Games).

44. Packages can be purchased prior or during the Game Session.
45. A maximum of one Package can be purchased per Eligible Player per day.

USE OF INFORMATION

46. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and in accordance with applicable current Data Protection legislation*.
47. The winner’s chat name and winnings may be announced on Gala Bingo’s social media channels. Should a winner not want to have their details published, the winner should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at socialpromos@galabingo.com.
48. By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Player agrees that any personal information provided in connection with the Promotion may be held and used by the Promoter (and/or its agents and suppliers) in order to administer the Promotion and contact winners.
49. Eligible Players have the right to exercise their rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) by contacting dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

52. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
53. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
54. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
55. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
