1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 01.11.25 until further notice (the ‘Promotional Period’).

   2. have a verified Website account.
   3. are resident in UK or ROI.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

FEATURE SPECIFIC INFORMATION

28. The Feature prize pot will be a fixed amount, as displayed in the relevant tables, and will be shared among all non-winning tickets.
29. To be eligible for the Feature prize, you must have purchased at least 1 ticket in the associated bingo game and not won any of the line prizes, full house prize, or jackpot prizes.

31. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and in accordance with applicable current Data Protection legislation*.
32. Eligible Players acknowledge that winning participants’ Bingo Chat Name shall be published on the Promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across social media channels. Should a winning participant not want to have their Bingo Chat Name and/or personal information published on the Promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across social media channels, the winning participant should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.
33. By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Player agrees that any personal information provided in connection with the Promotion may be held and used by the Promoter (and/or its agents and suppliers) in order to administer the Promotion and contact winners.

The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.

40. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
