By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this Gala Live Shows Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside the Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions and our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily between 18:57 and 20:57 from 29/06/26 until 30/08/26. (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.galabingo.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. have a verified Website account; and
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions. 

    (together an “Eligible Player). 

3. An Eligible Player cannot participate in this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.
4. If a promotion is advertised in a different currency to an Eligible Player's Website account, the qualifying spend and any bonus or prize will be paid in that account currency (for example a promotion advertised as "bet £10 get £10" will be "bet €10 get €10").

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GALA LIVE SHOWS

5. To participate in the Gala Live Shows an Eligible Player must enter the Gala Live Bingo Room and purchase at least one (1) Bingo ticket.
6. The Bingo Room will be open Monday to Sunday between 18:57 and 20:57.
7. Ticket prices range between £0.01 and £0.10.
8. The maximum number of tickets an Eligible Player can purchase per game is 100.
9. There will be a live stream feature enabled during the Gala Live Shows.

STANDARD GALA LIVE SHOWS FEATURE GAMES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

10. The Standard Gala Live Shows Feature Games are played from Monday to Saturday, between 18:57 and 20:57 (UK time). Feature Prizes for the Standard Feature Games are outlined in the table below:

11. The Enhanced Gala Live Shows Feature Games are played on Sundays, between 18:57 and 20:57 (UK time). Feature Prizes for the Enhanced Feature Games are outlined in the table below:

    FEATURE PRIZES SPECIFIC TERMS

    1. X To Go feature gives all non-winners who hold a Bingo Ticket marked with 1TG or 2TG, a share of the fixed feature prize. A full explanation of X To Go features can be found HERE.
    2. Roll-On feature gives all non-winners extra chances to win a share of a fixed feature prize after all the standard prizes have been won. A full explanation of Roll-On features can be found HERE.
    3. Hot Ball feature gives the Full House winner an additional fixed prize if Full House is called on the randomly selected Hot Ball number. A full explanation of the Hot Ball feature can be found HERE.
    4. Everyone’s A Winner feature is a fixed prize pool shared amongst all non-winners at the end of selected games. A full explanation of the Everyone’s A Winner feature can be found HERE.
    5. Double Number feature gives the winner of the 1L, 2L or Full House an extra prize, in addition to the regular prize, if called on a number with two identical digits (e.g. 11, 22, 33). A full explanation of the Double Number feature can be found HERE.
12. All prizes will be immediately credited as cash to all winning Eligible Players.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW

13. On the first Friday of every month, a Prize Draw will take place in the Gala Live Bingo Room between 18:57 and 20:57 (the “Monthly Prize Draw”).
14. To qualify for and participate in the Monthly Prize Draw, Eligible Players must:
    1. access their account and opt in;
    2. have spent a total of £15 in the Gala Live Bingo Room during the month preceding the Monthly Prize Draw.
15. Eligible Players who complete the above steps will receive one (1) entry into the Monthly Prize Draw.
16. Eligible Players will receive one (1) entry per £15 spent, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries per Monthly Prize Draw.
17. Entries cannot be transferred.
18. Prizes for the Monthly Prize Draw include: Bingo-Ticket Bundles, Bingo Bonus, Cash Prizes, Tangible Prizes and/or Vouchers.
19. There will be a total of 5 winners per Monthly Prize Draw.
20. Prizes for each Monthly Prize Draw will be displayed on the Gala Live Shows promotional page.

BINGO-TICKET BUNDLES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

21. The Bingo-Ticket Bundles will include a minimum of 5 Bingo Tickets and a maximum of 20 Bingo Tickets, as specified on the Gala Live Shows promotional page, before the Monthly Prize Draw takes place.
22. The Bingo Tickets will have a value of £0.10 each.
23. The Bingo Tickets can be used in any bingo room (excluding Fishin Frenzy, Bingo Beats & Slingo Bingo).
24. The Bingo Tickets must be claimed and used within 7 days of them being credited or they will be forfeited.
25. The Bingo Tickets will be visible in the “Promotions” section of an Eligible Player’s account.
26. There is no cash alternative to the Bingo Tickets.
27. Winnings from the Bingo Tickets will be automatically credited as cash to an Eligible Player’s cash balance.

BINGO BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

28. The Bingo Bonus will have a minimum value of £5 and a maximum value of £10, as specified on the Gala Live Shows promotional page before the Monthly Prize Draw takes place.
29. The Bingo Bonus must be claimed and used within 7 days of it being credited or it may be forfeited.
30. The Bingo Bonus is available to use in any bingo room.
31. The Bingo Bonus must be wagered one (1) time before any winnings from the Bingo Bonus can be withdrawn.
32. The Bingo Bonus will be visible in the “My Rewards” section of an Eligible Player’s account.
33. There is no cash alternative to the Bingo Bonus.

CASH PRIZES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

34. All prizes from the 19:52 games will be paid into the winner’s cash balance up to 48 hours after the game ends.
35. The Cash prizes will have a minimum value of £5 and a maximum value of £50, as specified on the Gala Live Shows promotional page before the Monthly Prize Draw takes place.
36. The Cash prizes will be credited to the Eligible Player’s cash balance and will be immediately withdrawable.

TANGIBLE PRIZES PECIFIC CONDITIONS

37. The tangible prizes available to be won will be specified on the Gala Live Shows promotional page before the Monthly Prize Draw takes place.
38. Eligible Players who have won a tangible prize will receive a notification email to their registered email address, for prize fulfilment purposes.
39. The Tangible prize will be shipped and delivered to the Eligible Player’s registered address associated to their Gala Bingo account within 30 days from the Monthly Prize Draw.
40. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Players acknowledge and accept the use of personal data by the Promoter according to these terms and conditions and Gala Bingo’s Privacy Notice.
41. The Promoter and its third-party provider will use the Eligible Player’s personal data to manage the fulfillment, delivery and arrangement of the tangible prize.
42. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or the inability of the Eligible Player to take up the Prize.
43. The Promoter and third-party supplier reserve the right to change or amend the Prize(s) with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
44. It is the Eligible Player’s responsibility to ensure their email address, contact number and postal address provided are up to date. No cash alternative is available to the tangible prize.

VOUCHERS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

45. The type and value of the vouchers available to be won will be specified on the Gala Live Shows promotional page before the Monthly Prize Draw takes place.
46. Eligible Players who have won a voucher will receive an email including a link and instructions on how to redeem the voucher.
47. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Players acknowledge and accept the use of personal data by the Promoter according to these terms and conditions and Gala Bingo’s Privacy Notice.
48. The Promoter will use the Eligible Player’s personal data to manage the fulfillment of the voucher prize.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

50. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the offers or promotion under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
51. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Casino Promotions at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. General Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions also apply to all of the Active Bonuses and include additional restrictions on the Eligible Player’s use of this Casino Promotion.
52. The winner’s chat name and winnings may be announced on Gala Bingo’s social media channels. Should a winner not want to have their details published, the winner should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at socialpromos@galabingo.com.
53. The Promoter may place restrictions on the Eligible Player’s account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that the Eligible Player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
54. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict access to any Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behavior.
55. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
