BEFORE CLAIMING THIS SUMMER SPECTACULAR LIVE AUDIENCE SHOW PROMOTION, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW. 

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this Summer Spectacular Live Audience Show Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside the General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD   

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) from 00:01 (UK Time) Monday 13^th May 2024 until 23:59 (UK Time) 17^th June 2024.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of galabingo.com(the “Website”) who:
   1. are aged over 18 years.
   2. are located in the UK.
   3. hold an active and fully verified account on the Website and be able to receive bonuses for the duration of the Promotional Period; and
   4. does not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which a player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND CLAIM THIS PROMOTION

3. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must opt-in on the Website homepage via the promotional banner.

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

4. The prize for the winning entry to this Prize Draw is:
   – Two (2) admission tickets with train travel included to be part of Studio Audience at the “Summer Spectacular” Live Show on Friday 28^th June 2024 at Dock10 Studios, Media City, White Tower, Manchester M50 2NT (the “Prize”).
5. The winner must ensure they are available on Friday 28^th June 2024 to attend the Live show at Dock10 Studios, Media City, White Tower, Manchester M50 2NT.
6. The tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  
7. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter via email within 24 hours of the end of the Prize Draw (a “Winning Notification”).
8. The winner must respond to the Winning Notification within 24 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. Failure to respond to contact within 24 hours of contact from the Promoter may result in forfeit.  In this instance, another winner may be chosen at random to receive the prize.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner from the competition. No other winner will be chosen in this instance.
10. Travel included as part of the Prize is:
    – Two (2) return Economy Class Train tickets from the winner’s registered online account address city/town to the city/town of the Live show venue which is Manchester – Dock10 Studios, Media City, White Tower, Manchester M50 2NT. It is the customers responsibility to have account details up to date.
11. The Promoter will not be responsible for the inability of Prize winners or their guests to take up the Prize.
12. Any personal information provided by the participant shall be treated in accordance with Gala Bingo’s Privacy Notice and data protection legislation.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
16. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits, or prizes.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
18. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
