Return to Player (RTP) helps explain how long your balance might last when you play across different sites or RTP versions. On our slots, we show the average number of spins you could expect from a £10 balance when playing at £0.20 per spin.
RTP reflects the long-term return (e.g. 94% = 94p returned per £1 stakes), and we estimate the average number of spins by applying the RTP to each spin, so:
- We model a steady average loss per spin (e.g. 6p per £1 at 94% RTP).
- Using this, we calculate how many spins a £10 balance could last on average.
- This is a simplified, like-for-like comparison method to highlight the impact of different RTPs.
- Based on £10 starting balance and £0.20 spins.
- Uses advertised RTP, rounded to the nearest % for consistency.
- Information collected as of 24.08.2026 and may change over time.
- This is an average estimate, not a guarantee.
- Actual play will vary (i.e. some sessions may be longer or shorter).
- RTP does not indicate chances of winning, payout size, or volatility.

Return To Player (RTP) overview:
The Average Number of Spins is a mathematical estimate of how many spins a player can expect to play, on average, before exhausting a starting balance, assuming a fixed stake size and a given Return to Player (RTP).
How is RTP calculated:
We calculate the average by reducing the starting balance by 6p each spin; and we consider how many spins their balance can last. We will model this across multiple RTP variants, so if a competitor has the same game, at 90% RTP - that's a 10p less per £1 wagered, so we'll use the same approach; deducting 10p from the starting balance each spin. Reducing a balance by 10p a spin clearly results in less spins, and helps convey the impact to the player, impact which can be masked by advertised RTP which is not widely understood by many players.
This does not mean every player will receive the stated number of spins. Some sessions will end much sooner, while others may last significantly longer due to wins occurring during play. The figure represents the long-run mathematical expectation across a very large number of identical sessions. Slots do not operate on a linear basis of reducing a players balance at an equal amount for each spin; but this approach is the only way of comparing two identical slots across different sites and different RTPs, in a way that a player can understand and identify the impact with.
What RTP measures:
- The expected longevity of a deposit.
- The average number of spins a player could expect from a fixed spend, comparing two RTP configurations.
- The effect of different RTP configurations on gameplay duration.
What RTP doesn’t measure:
- The likelihood of winning.
- The size of potential wins.
- Volatility or risk.
- An individual player's actual experience.
