By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this “Push For Joy” promotion (the “Promotion”). These must be read along with our General Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE and the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Player’s (as defined below) from 00:01 on 02/07/26 until 23:59 on 09/08/26 (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to new and existing customers of our Gala Brands (Gala Bingo or Gala Spins, referred to as the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old;
   3. are residents in the UK and ROI;
   4. are eligible to receive Website promotions; and
   5. have opted into the Promotion.

   (an “Eligible Player”).

3. Eligible Players must not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must login to their Website account, access the Promotion via the Promotions page and opt in.
5. Once an Eligible Player has opted in, they will get one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
6. Once an Eligible Player has opted in, they will receive an inbox confirmation that they have been successfully entered into the Prize Draw.
7. Eligible Players can receive a maximum of one (1) entry into the Prize Draw during the Promotional Period.
8. This Promotion is free to play.
9. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Player’s acknowledge and accept the use of personal data by the Promoter according to these Terms and Conditions and Gala Bingo’s Privacy Notice.

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC TERMS

10. The Prize Draw will take place on 12/08/26 by 18:00 (Uk Time). The winners will be chosen at random by a random number generator.
11. There will be a total of 10 Prizes for the Prize Draw including:
    1. one (1) £5,000 TUI Holiday Voucher;
    2. nine (9) Uber Vouchers.

    (together the “Prizes”).

12. An Eligible Player can receive a maximum of one (1) Prize from the Prize Draw.
13. Eligible Players who win a Prize will be contacted via Inbox in their Website account within 24 hours following the end of the Prize Draw, where they will be informed of their win (the “Winning Notification”).
14. The winner of the £5,000 Holiday Voucher Prize will be contacted via the email address registered to their Website account within 72 hours following the Winning Notification.
15. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to take up the Prize.
16. It is the responsibility of all Eligible Players to make sure their email address is correct on their Website account.
17. Entries cannot be exchanged between Eligible Players.
18. Prizes are non-transferable. 
19. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash at any time. 

£5,000 HOLIDAY VOUCHER PRIZE SPECIFIC TERMS

20. The winner will be contacted via email (to the email address registered on their Website account) and Inbox, with a link to claim their Holiday Voucher. Once they have claimed their Holiday Voucher, it is the responsibility of the winner to arrange the use of their Holiday Voucher with the third party provider.
21. The Holiday Voucher will hold a value of €5,000.
22. The Promoter will use the winner’s personal data to manage the fulfilment, delivery, and arrangement of the Holiday voucher.
23. After the exchange of the Holiday Voucher, the Promoter will not be responsible for the inability of the winner to attend the holiday.
24. TUI Holiday Terms and Conditions apply.
25. The Promoter will not be responsible for any cancellation or alterations to any element of the Holiday Voucher that is outside of the Promoter’s control.
26. The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change the Prize for a reasonable alternative of equal value. There is no cash alternative for the Prize, in whole or in part, and the Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner. In this instance, another winner will be selected.
28. The winner’s first name and county may be announced on Gala Bingo social channels within 24 hours of the Promotion ending. Should a winner not want to have their first name and/or county published, the winner should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.
29. Any personal information provided by the participant shall be treated in accordance with Gala Bingo Privacy Notice and data protection legislation.
30. The Holiday voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

UBER VOUCHER SPECIFIC TERMS

31. The Uber Voucher will have a value of €5.00
32. Eligible Players must redeem their Uber Voucher on their Uber account within 30 days of them being credited to the winner, otherwise they will expire.
33. It is the Eligible Players’ responsibility to ensure they have an Uber Account in order to redeem the voucher prior to taking part in the Promotion.
34. Uber Vouches can only be used on Uber Eats and/or Uber Rides during checkout.
35. Uber’s terms and conditions, and privacy policy will apply to any Uber Voucher.
36. There is no cash alternative to the Uber Voucher.
37. The Uber Voucher balance is not transferable.
38. In the event of any technical difficulties with the crediting of the Uber Vouchers to the winners’ Website account, they will be credited the following day.
39. The Promotion will use the Eligible Player’s personal data to manage the fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the Uber Voucher.
40. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the Uber Voucher or the inability of Eligible Players to take up the Uber voucher.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

42. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
43. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
44. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
45. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
46. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Website Terms & Conditions.
