PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The chase Live Trivia Promotion (the “Promotion”) will run every Sunday at 21:00 (UK Time) between 07.07.2024 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of our Gala brands (Gala Bingo or Gala Spins, referred to as the "Website") who:
   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. are located in the UK;
   3. have a verified Website account; and
   4. do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

   (together, an "Eligible Player").

3. This Promotion is an ITV Promotion, and it is offered across various operators with potential winners across the participating operators.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS PROMOTION

4. The Chase Trivia Promotion (the “Game”) will be accessible from in the “Game Shows” tab.
5. Players will have a chance to win a share of $500 in cash per game.
6. The Game is free to play and does not require any funds in the player’s account. The Game can be accessed using either a desktop or mobile platform.
7. The Game will play once every Sunday during the Promotional Period at 21:00 (UK Time).
8. The Game is a live game show with a prize that is presented by a live host. The Game consists of a series of multiple-choice questions/statements, each with two possible answers – true or false. The Game is not a game of chance. The questions and the order of the questions for each Game are exactly the same for all players. Eligible Players who answer the question correctly within 10-second limit are getting 100 points, with the rest getting 0 points for the relevant question. Eligible Players collect points throughout the Game, and no one is eliminated from the game at any stage of the Game. Eligible Players who answer at least 7 out of 10 questions correctly and score at least 700 points, are the winners of the relevant Game and receive a shared prize ($500 per game) which is predetermined by the licensee (ITV) and distributed evenly between all the winners.
9. The prize pool for each Game will be $500 in cash.
10. All prizes will be paid in cash. All prizes will appear in USD ($).
11. The winning players will be paid their share of the prize pool according to the currency of their account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for the applicable exchange rates or conversion rates.
12. Winning Eligible Players will be notified by a pop up notification and will receive their prizes within 72 hours of winning.
13. Questions are asked one by one with approximately 30-second pause between them. The number of questions for each Game shall be determined by the host at their sole discretion and communicated to the Eligible Players prior to the start of the Game.
14. Eligible Players can join the game and participate for the entire duration of the relevant Game – even if the game has reached its last question however the number of correctly answered questions necessary to win is still seven. Prior to the beginning of each Game the live host shall communicate to the players the basic rules of the Game. Each Game will last approximately 15 minutes.
15. During the Game, Eligible Players can use the chat option to communicate with other players. The live host may see the chat and use it to refer to queries in his/her sole discretion.
16. In case of any technical problems that may affect the regular Game flow, the Game may be postponed or cancelled. Technical problems in the middle of the series of questions do not void the game unless stated otherwise during the Game. The Promoter may suspend Eligible Players at any time during the Game due to legal and/or regulatory reasons.
17. The Eligible Player is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on his/her account, and for keeping his/her account password and log in credential secure. Player may never use another person’s user account or registrations information for this Promotion without permission.
18. The Eligible Player must notify the Promoter immediately of any changes in his/her eligibility to participate in the Promotion, breach of security or unauthorized use of his/her account. 

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS  

19. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar (the “Promoter”).
20. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the offers or promotion under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
21. The Promoter may place restrictions on the Eligible Player’s account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that the Eligible Player can participate in.
22. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict access to any Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behavior.
24. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
