WHAT ARE GALA POINTS

HOW TO COLLECT GALA POINTS

5. Eligible Players can win Gala Points by participating in the following promotions:

      1. Eligible Players can collect Gala Points daily by spinning the Daily Free Spin Reel (the “Reel”).

      1. Eligible Players can play in the Gala Points Slots Arcade for the chance to increase their Gala Points balance.
      2. Each spin of the Slots Arcade games will cost an Eligible Player a minimum of 10 and maximum of 200 Gala Points, which will be deducted from their Gala Points balance.
      3. Eligible Players can choose how many Gala Points they wish to wager within the Slots Arcade. The games within the Slots Arcade will have the same percentage return to player as the equivalent real money slot games.
      4. All winnings in the Slots Arcade will be paid in Gala Points.

      1. Eligible Players can play in the Gala Points Bingo Arcade for the chance to increase their Gala Points balance.
      2. Each bingo ticket will cost an Eligible Player a minimum of 10 and maximum of 480 Gala Points, which will be deducted from their Gala Points balance.
      3. Eligible Players can choose how many Gala Points they wish to wager within the Bingo Arcade. The games within Gala Points Bingo Arcade will have the same percentage return to player as the equivalent real money bingo games.
      4. All winnings in the Bingo Arcade will be paid in Gala Points.
   7. Gala Points can also be collected by participating in other Promotions, as specified in the relevant Promotional Terms and Conditions.

6. Gala Points will be credited automatically to the Eligible Player’s Gala Points Balance on completion of any of the outlined promotions in term 5.
7. There is no cash alternative to Gala Points.
8. There is no limit to the number of Gala Points an Eligible Player can collect during the Promotional Period.
9. Gala Points collected during any calendar month within the Promotional Period will expire on the 7^th day of the following month, starting 07.01.26. Any unused Gala Points will be forfeited after the 7^th day of the month following their collection. Any unused Gala Points at this time will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
10. An Eligible Player can redeem their Gala Points via the Gala Rewards Club at any time during the Promotional Period providing they have the balance required to redeem the relevant offer.
11. By redeeming Gala Points for an offer or a reward within the Gala Rewards Club an Eligible Player agrees to the specific Terms & Conditions of that offer. Full Terms & Conditions can be found in the Gala Rewards Club, within the section covering each available offer or reward.
12. An Eligible Player can access the record of their Gala Points transactions via the Gala Rewards Club.
13. An Eligible Player’s Gala Points Balance will be displayed on their account next to their Cash Balance.
14. Once Gala Points have been redeemed for an offer or a reward, a record of this transaction will be logged within the transaction history in the Gala Rewards Club and an Eligible Player will not be able to amend the offer selection.

VOUCHERS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

49. Uber vouchers can be redeemed in store or won as a prize in the Monthly Prize Draw.
50. The voucher prizes (together the “Vouchers”, each one a “Voucher”) will be administered by Uber and can be redeemed via the Uber app.
51. Uber’s terms and conditions and privacy policy will apply to any Voucher.
52. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Players acknowledge and accept the use of personal data by the Promoter according to these Terms and Conditions and the Website’s Privacy Notice.
53. The Promoter will use the Eligible Player’s personal data to manage the fulfilment, delivery, and arrangement of the Vouchers.
54. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the Voucher or the inability of Eligible Players to take up the Voucher.
55. The Promoter reserves the right to change or amend the Voucher/s at any given time.
56. It is the Eligible Player’s responsibility to ensure their personal information, including email address and contact number provided is up to date.
57. No cash alternative to Voucher is available.

GALA POINTS PRIZE DRAW ENTRIES

57. Prize Draw Entries will allow participation into the Weekly and Monthly Gala Points Prize Draws.
58. Eligible Players can redeem Gala Points for a maximum of 1 entry per Prize Draw per day.
59. Eligible Players can redeem a maximum of 7 entries per Weekly Gala Points Prize Draw and 30 entries per Monthly Gala Points Prize Draw (even when the month has 31 days).

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

60. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
61. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the offers or promotion under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
62. The Promoter may place restrictions on the Eligible Player’s account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that the Eligible Player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
63. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict access to any Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behavior.
64. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
