PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Gala Points Arcade promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily from 19.11.25 until further notice.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of our Gala Brands (Gala Bingo or Gala Spins, referred to as the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old; and
   3. resident in the UK.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

WHAT IS A GALA POINT

4. A “Gala Point” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in certain promotions. Gala Points can be used to redeem offers and rewards, as set out on the Website designated area (the “Gala Rewards Club”). Gala Points are subject to expiry and may not be exchanged for cash.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION

5. The Gala Points Arcade will include a “Slots Arcade” and a “Bingo Arcade”.

SLOTS ARCADE

6. Eligible Players will need a minimum Gala Points balance of 10 Gala Points to be able to play in the Slots Arcade. To find out how to collect Gala Points see the full terms and conditions HERE.
7. Eligible Players can play the games available in the Slots Arcade for the chance to increase their Gala Points balance.
8. Each spin of the Slots Arcade games will cost an Eligible Player a minimum of 10 and maximum of 200 Gala Points, which will be deducted from their Gala Points balance.

   Eligible Players can choose how many Gala Points they wish to wager within the Arcade.

9. The games within the Slots Arcade will have the same percentage return-to-player as the equivalent real money games, but winnings will be paid in Gala Points.
10. The games available in the Slots Arcade will be visible from within the Arcade lobby.
11. By visiting the Gala Rewards Club, Eligible Players will be able to redeem any Gala Points winnings from the Arcade games for rewards, offers or cash, as detailed HERE.

BINGO ARCADE

12. Eligible Players will need a minimum Gala Points balance of 10 Gala Points to be able to play in the Bingo Arcade. To find out how to collect Gala Points see the full terms and conditions HERE.
13. Eligible Players can play in the Bingo rooms available in the Bingo Arcade for the chance to increase their Gala Points balance.
14. Each Bingo Ticket for the Bingo rooms in the Bingo Arcade will cost an Eligible Player a minimum of 10 and maximum of 480 Gala Points, which will be deducted from their Gala Points balance.
15. The Bingo rooms within Gala Points Arcade will have the same percentage return to player as the equivalent real money games, but winnings will be paid in Gala Points.
16. The Bingo rooms available in the Bingo Arcade will be visible from within the Arcade lobby.
17. By visiting the Gala Rewards Club, Eligible Players will be able to redeem any Gala Points winnings from the Bingo rooms for rewards, offers or cash, as detailed HERE.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

19. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from its offers or promotions under the relevant General Website Terms & Conditions.
20. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
22. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
23. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with these promotional terms and the Website General Terms and Conditions.
