By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this Slots Tournaments promotion (the “Promotion”). These must be read along with our General Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE and the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE & HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily from 19.11.25 until further notice.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of our Gala Brands (Gala Bingo or Gala Spins, referred to as the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old; and
   3. resident in the UK.
   4. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which you may access your Website account can be found HERE.

TYPES OF TOURNAMENTS

3. There will be 2 different types of tournaments available to Eligible Players:
   1. Free-To-Play Tournaments: there are no spend requirements for these tournaments and they can be freely accessed by Eligible Players.
   2. Point-To-Play Tournaments: Eligible Players can enter these tournaments by redeeming Gala Points, as detailed within the Tournaments card in the Tournaments Lobby. The number of Gala Points required to enter these tournaments will vary.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate, an Eligible Player must:
   1. For Free-to-Play Slot Tournaments
      1. access the Slots Tournaments Lobby;
      2. opt in (once per Slot Tournament);
      3. launch the Tournament Game from the Slots Tournaments Lobby; and
      4. play the allocated Tournament Spins (defined below) in the Slot Tournament within the Tournament Duration (defined below).
   2. For Point-to-Play Tournaments
      1. Redeem Gala Points via the Slots Tournaments Lobby;
      2. opt in (once per Slot Tournament);
      3. launch the Tournament Game from the Slots Tournaments Lobby; and
      4. play the allocated Tournament Spins (defined below) in the Slot Tournament within the Tournament Duration (defined below).
5. The opt in period for each Slots Tournament will open as soon as the Tournament is visible to Eligible Players on the Slots Tournaments Lobby and close 10 minutes before the end of the Tournament Duration. Times and Tournament Durations can be viewed on the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
6. Eligible Players that enter a Slots Tournament will all have an equal amount of Tournament Spins.
7. Eligible Players will collect Tournament points from the Tournament Spins and will be entered on the leaderboard based on the number of Tournaments points they have collected.
8. Eligible Players who, at the end of the Slots Tournament, rank on the leaderboard will receive a reward.

SLOT TOURNAMENTS MECHANICS

9. There will be several Slots Tournaments held daily during the Promotional Period in the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
10. Each Slots Tournament will detail the following:
    1. “Tournament Game” - the specific slots game(s) which can be played as part of that Slots Tournament;
    2. “Min Bet Amount” – the minimum stake that Eligible Players must bet per spin. Eligible Players are not required to stake their own funds during any Free-To-Play or Point-To-Play Tournament);
    3. “Maximum Spin Limit” - the maximum number of spins that an Eligible Player may make during that Slots Tournament that may collect Tournament points. Any spins made after the Maximum Spin Limit is reached will not collect Tournament points and will automatically stop the Eligible Player’s score from increasing); and
    4. “Tournament Duration” - a pre-defined time limit for which each Slots Tournament will last. Only stakes made during the Tournament Duration may accumulate Tournament points.
11. Each Tournament Spin displays a stake value of £1.00. This is solely a token and has no value either cash or otherwise.
12. A winning outcome of any Tournament Spin will display winnings; they are for visual purposes only to show a ‘win’ for the purpose of collecting points. Any winnings displayed hold no value either as cash or otherwise.
13. Eligible Players must play the Tournament Spins to collect Tournament points to obtain a ranking on the leaderboard.
14. Only Tournament Spins played within the Tournament Duration will accumulate Tournament points.
15. The outcome of each Tournament Spin will determine the number of Tournament points collected by the Eligible Player.
16. Tournament Points will be awarded as detailed on the table below:

17. The Tournament Game will display to the Eligible Player, in real time, the number of Tournament points collected, plus the Eligible Player’s ranking on the leaderboard. The leaderboard and Eligible Players’ rankings are only finalised at the end of the Slots Tournament once the Tournament Duration has elapsed. Free-To-Play and Point-to-Play tournaments will have separate leaderboards.
18. An Eligible Player can return to real money play at any time by clicking on the ‘Play for Real’ button. Real money bets will not contribute to the Free-To-Play or Point-to-Play Slots Tournament.
19. If the Eligible Player leaves or is disconnected from the Slots Tournament, the Eligible Player will be able to resume play by re-entering from the Slots Tournament Lobby to continue to use their remaining Tournament Spins, as long as the Tournament Duration has not ended.
20. If the Slots Tournament finishes while an Eligible Player is in-game, they will be notified via an in-game message.
21. If Eligible Players are in the middle of an unfinished Tournament Spin once the Tournament Duration has ended, the Tournament Spin will complete but will not collect Tournament points.
22. If an Eligible Player does not use all the Tournament Spins within the Tournament Duration, the remaining Tournament Spins will be forfeited.
23. Eligible Players could hit a ‘bonus round’ or a ‘free spin round’ while using their Tournament Spins. If the Eligible Player has not used all their Tournament Spins, including the bonus rounds or free spin rounds within the Tournament Duration, no Tournament points will be collected for the Slots Tournament.
24. The leaderboard will reset after each Slot Tournament.
25. At the end of each Slots Tournament, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per Slot Tournament will be detailed in the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
26. The rewards for the Free-To-Play Slots Tournaments are Gala Points. Details of the rewards will be displayed in the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
27. The rewards for the Point-To-Play Slots Tournaments are listed below:
    1. Casino Bonuses and Gala Points
    2. Gala Points.
28. Details of the rewards will be displayed in the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
29. The Tournament Games Schedule can be found in the Slots Tournaments Lobby.

REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

30. Eligible Players that are still in-game (whether Free-To-Play or Point-to-Play mode) will receive a pop-up at the end of the Tournament Duration confirming their ranking on the leaderboard.
31. If the Eligible Player is not in-game when the Slots Tournament finishes, they will need to return to the Slots Tournaments Lobby and check the ‘See Your Results’ section, to confirm their leaderboard ranking.
32. The winning Eligible Players will receive an inbox message at the end of the Slots Tournament giving full details of the reward and its value. The number of Gala Points and/or value of Casino Bonus which can be won in a Slot Tournament will be displayed in the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
33. All Rewards will be credited to Eligible Players’ Website accounts automatically, within an hour of the Slots Tournament ending. In the event of any technical difficulties, the rewards will be credited within 72 hours of the Slots Tournament ending.

GALA POINTS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

34. A “GALA POINT” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in certain promotions. Gala Points can be used to redeem offers or rewards as set out on the Website designated area (the “Gala Points Club”). Full Terms and Conditions of the Gala Points Club can be found HERE.
35. Gala Points will automatically be credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account.
36. Gala Points collected during any calendar month within the Promotional Period will expire on the 7th day of the following month, starting from 7^th January 2026. Any unused Gala Points will be forfeited after the 7th day of the month following their collection and will not be re-issued. Eligible Players can redeem their Gala Points for offers or rewards of their choice within the Gala Points Club, which can be found HERE.
37. The Gala Points awarded will be detailed on the “Offers” page or the Gala Points Club.
38. Gala Points have no wagering requirements.

CASINO BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

39. Eligible Players must use their Casino Bonus within 7 days of it being credited to their account, otherwise the Casino Bonus will expire.
40. The minimum Casino Bonus an Eligible Player can win has a value of £1.00.
41. The maximum Casino Bonus an Eligible Player can win has a value of £10.00.
42. The Casino Bonus can used on any casino game (excluding Live Sicbo, Live Poker Variants or Live Baccarat).
43. The Casino Bonus has a wagering requirement of 1 time (1X).
44. Any winnings from the Casino Bonus will be credited to the cash balance of an Eligible Player’s Website account. There are no wagering requirements to the winnings obtained from the Casino Bonus.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

45. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
46. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for legal and regulatory reasons.
47. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Terms and Conditions.
48. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of rewards to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold rewards resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
