Safari Heat has an African safari theme and the 5x3 grid sits against a backdrop of the savannah shimmering in the heat haze on a boiling summers day. There are 15 adjustable pay lines to land winning combos across. For most of the symbols, payouts start with combinations of three matching symbols on adjacent reels across a payline, starting at the leftmost reel. But for the lowest paying card rank, the nine, and the two highest paying premium symbols, combos of just two will award a win.

The symbols themselves are card ranks 9 to A as the low pays, and inhabitants of the savannah as the premiums. These are a gnu, a zebra, a flamingo, a rhino and an elephant. The rhino and elephant are the two most valuable of the regular symbols. The betting range, just like the setting, is vast, from 0.15 per spin all the way up to a rather excessive 1,500.00 if you are playing all 15 paylines. 

In addition to the standard symbols, the slot has two bonus symbols that can land on the reels to add some excitement to the game and, hopefully, credits to your balance. First is the Scatter, which is a lone tree acacia silhouette against the setting sun. This will award prizes for just two anywhere in view on the grid, all the way up to 500x the bet for landing five. 

The other feature symbol is the king of beasts, the proud lion, who acts as a Wild. As well as substituting for the regular symbols to help form wins, he also awards payouts for combos of two or more across a payline, up to 10,000x the line bet for five.
