Pixies Of The Forest 2

Pixies of the Forest 2 is a sequel to the popular original online slot by IGT. Just like its predecessor, this online slot features a 5x3 grid and 99 paylines.

The visuals are also similar to the original, but with a more polished, modern feel in the upgrade. And in a big departure from its predecessor, Pixies of the Forest 2 comes with several bonus features, and three progressive jackpots,  as well as a Free Spins round. 

The regular symbols remain the same as in the original;  the three charming pixies and the game's logo as the premiums, and the usual card ranks as the low pays.

Like the original game, the Wild just says Wild and can stand in for all regular symbols to help form potential wins. It can only land on reels two, three, and four in the base game, but things are different in the Free Spins. 

The Scatter in Pixies of the Forest 2 has changed, however, and is now the dusky Pixie Queen. And once three or more of her land anywhere on the grid, the player gets to choose one to reveal Free Spins, or a chance to play the Pixie Progressive Picker.

As in the original game, Tumbling Reels are active after every win, removing the symbols involved and adding new ones to the reels to hopefully form a new winning combination. And if it does, it repeats the process.  

Below the game grid is a Spirit bonus metre, and every tumble win adds to this, with 3 triggering the Feature Wilds feature. This awards either 1 to 2 wild reels, 3 Wilds on reel 3 that stick until a win is landed, or 3 Wilds on the middle reel that stick for 3 tumbles.

To trigger the Free Spins, three or more Pixie Queen bonus symbols need to land across a payline. Then the player will choose one of them in the Mystery Pick to see how many Free Spins they get. During the Free Spins, Wilds can land on all reels, including the first, which boosts the win potential of the round hugely. 

The Pixies of the Forest 2 slot also comes with a progressive jackpot round. Players lucky enough to land three Jackpot icons anywhere on the three middle reels activate the Pixie Progressive Picker feature. They pick Pixies to fill one of the Jackpot metres and claim the prize.  

Fans of the original game will be pleased to see it's lost none of its charm with the upgraded visuals. And has gained a lot in terms of gameplay with the additions.
