Slingo Advance

Slingo Originals ups the ante with this release, Slingo Advance. We're not sure if the advance refers to the gameplay or the knowledge players require to get the most out of the game. But the developers have taken the element of luck that's shared between all Slingo games, and added another element of skill!

Played on the standard 5 x 5 grid with 12 win lines, the game also has a progressive feature. You will start the game by playing only one row. Match some of the numbers on the reels below the grid to the numbers in this row, and you unlock the next level. You'll also earn respins, which are played after every game.

Starting at level one, you need to match one number to unlock level two. Once you reach level two, you'll need to match two numbers to unlock level three, and you can guess the rest. The first spin on each level is free. After that, the stake per spin increases as your chances of winning get higher.

It’s all about knowing where to use those Joker wilds to unlock the most win lines that you can.

There's a Joker symbol that can appear on any reel, and this acts as the Wild. This can mark off any number in the unlocked levels in the row above it. These numbers are automatically highlighted, and it's up to you to choose the one that will give you the most strategic advantage. More than one joker can land per spin, so you'll need to have your wits about you to make the best choice of number to mark off.

There are Free Spin symbols which award one extra spin for every one that you land. These are played at the end of the game.

There are two symbols that can only appear on the middle reel, one good, one bad. The good one is the Advance symbol which automatically unlocks the next level and gives you a free spin. The bad one is the blocker, which lowers your chances of getting a Slingo.

There are wins for completing each horizontal win line or level. These are clearly marked at the side of the level. But that's not all; there are also other bigger prizes available for combination wins. These are:

• 10,000 times your stake for a Full House
• 2,500 x your bet for two Slingos, one horizontal, one vertical in the shape of a T.
• 1,000 x your bet for two diagonal Slingos in the shape of the letter X.
• 100 x your bet for one diagonal Slingo.
• 50 x your bet for a vertical Slingo.
